What do you like best about the product?
G2 is an easy to get insight into the best business tools, technology and services suited to your needs. You can see what tools are best for you and your business based on reviews submitted by professionals that have used those services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything in particular that I dislike about the tool. However, would be nice to have some detailed tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this tool for contract management, and vendor master data management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that this is a fairly straight forward tool to use and you should go ahead and take your chances with this tool. Start with the trial version to see if it's suitable before you go ahead and purchase it.

Best software for central database and quite user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about this software is that it requires very little training, and support is minimally required. Not to mention, security is valued here, even in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation time was a lot more than expected. This aspect requires attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems before keeping vendor contact details and all the documents related to contracts. Since its implementation, we are quite satisfied with this front.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please try to minimize implementation time.
Use of Gatekeeper as a contract management and supplier management tool in a fast paced business
What do you like best about the product?
Ability for each team to create relevant dashboards and reporting especially for effective supplier management using performance data already captured, simple integration and great client service, security and access controls to various contracts and information between teams, on the go use to find contract information wherever you are even on a mobile phone, simple way to manage sending out mass supplier amendments, the fair pricing element of the license being based on document storage rather then user licenses, ability to store negotiation discussions within the portal and perform esign, ability to create a contract signing approval process within the system to align with internal signing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading our contracts on a team by team basis, all of which contain different content and account details is a manual process which can lead to inconsistency and delays in having the system fully operational for our needs. This is obviously not an issue with Gatekeeper but for a small to medium sized business it would be useful to take this into account at the initial project planning stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many areas within our business that had to be managed manually previously that Gatekeeper are helping us find ways to simplify and automate (eg our bi annual carrier compliance letters can now be sent through Gatekeeper to our relevant supply base with any ongoing discussions and even the signature process itself logged through the system), and when we integrate our supplier performance data against the contract terms this will allow our carrier management team to proactively identify opportunities to improve standards or lower pricing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely speak to the sales team about your specific needs and concerns and they will help you find solutions that will work for your business through the system. The client service is amazing, very knowledgeable and adaptable to different business sector needs, understanding that there often has to be a use function business case that elevates the solution to more than just a legal team service.
Endorsement of Gatekeeper for G suite

It is organised and u can keep all your vendor and marketing, contract in a central based system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's centralised meaning if one system is hack then all your file can be accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using G suite to manage our approved supplier list. It's easy and efficient to used. It has excellent user interface.

It is best vendor contracting app. It's easy to used and has a centralised system.

This software allows me to capture the necessary data easily, I can renew and cancel contracts. Also it is a very useful application and quite comfortable to use.

In the time that have been using this software I did not find any inconvenience, in contrary it allows me to give better results in the work performance.

This software has been helping me in managing our contracts and supplies every day. Also helps in tracking cash flow and expiration dates of contracts. This enable full automation and easy recall of data in the company management.

The customer support is unparalleled, not only with responsiveness but with their eagerness to make sure our experience with this software is as seamless as possible.

The Gatekeeper team is always quick to react in responding to Users questions.

Previously I encountered some of the drawbacks but upon addressing them the team responded with immediate effect and now am sorted out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the Gatekeeper system in solving Financial Management and other related issues like financial software integration.
For instance, it supports Finance programs like Enterprise Resource planning(ERP) thus it allows us to cope up with changing financial trends in the field of Finance.
This ability makes our work fast and efficient due to the integrate upgrade.

Gatekeeper has allowed us to streamline a previously dysfunctional process

We were able to build work streams in the system, that has allowed us to accurately measure our process timing bny department.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dont really have any issues at this point. The system has performed as promised, and we continue to expand our usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have full control on our contracting and procurement systems. We have a complete handle on our vendors, contracts, expiration dates, key terms, internal stakeholder ownership.

We are a growing company that needed to put controls, and processes around our contract management and procurement process. Gatekeeper has allowed us to do that.

More Project management functionality/customization
Great filing system if you have multiple documents with similar information across them.
What do you like best about the product?
Vendors pre populate if i've submitted a contract with them previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i've finished entering a file there is no "complete" button or notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to look up specific notes if I've entered them previously which is a major timesaver.

I like the simple and easy to use interface when using Gatekeeper. The dashboards are clear and easy for all users to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to customise the reporting more than is currently available. Although the dashboards are good, the ability to focus onto some key areas for driving the business forward would be a real plus

Keeping control of contracts and events within contracts is the main benefit we have realised from using Gatekeeper. Before Gatekeeper we did not have full control of in contract events. Gatekeeper has improved our ability to manage this beyond our expectations

Ensure your data is clean and your people know how you manage data effectively. The biggest problem we encountered was not preparing internally well enough to get the best out of the Gatekeeper system from the beginning
