Fantastic Vendor and Contract Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper is a very easy to use tool which takes very little initial set-up. It's a low code product which enabled someone like me with no real experience to configure our system and get us up and running very quickly. Using the tool has helped grealty increae our maturity and understanding of our Vendors and Vendor contracts and there are new features being developed and which have been rolled out which are helping to have a one-stop shop for everything Vendor related.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there have been smaller areas such as minor fixes which improve functionality but have taken a while to implement. There is a user voice section, but some smaller items seem to be obvious wins (Admins being able to delete records, how to trigger a renewal and maintain existing information, selecting contract owner through the workflow etc.) which should be considered separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving us from a low level of maturity to a sophisticated understanding of our Vendors and their associated contracts and helping us to understand the risks associated with our Vendors more explicity.

nothing specific the improvements that are in the roadmap are looking to improve all the time

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to customize. It can be intermediating at first, but it is easy to use and understand how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to solve issues even after submitting a Tech support request.

It is streamlining our process, there are a few issues that we see, but it is helping us automate the onboarding and maintaining of our vendors.

Use it for 2 months only, so far everything is good.

Love Gatekeeper!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of vendor management is what I love the most about Gatekeeper. I can easily renew or cancel my contract right in the platform. The automation is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the charts were able to display more data at one time. Would love to have multiple data points on each axis. The pricing is also a bit high. I would love to see SLAs incorporated on the Essentials plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper is solving all of my vendor management issues. Prior to Gatekeeper, I was using physical documents to try to keep up with everything and it made it impossible. Gatekeeper has saved me.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and bring clarity into our day-to-day contract management.
What do you dislike about the product?
External questionnaire form for new contract requests. This should be incorporated into Gatekeeper environment on the entry-price level.

It give clear ownership in the approval workflows. Moreover it gives all employement better visibility over their contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent to keep your suppliers organised! I can manage all my suppliers, contracts, and even send reminders.
The customer service is also outstanding, I was always able to organize a call in the next couple of days if needed, and my emails get answered very quickly; thanks Nick!

Can't think of anything right now, it is very straight forward

Gatekeeper is helping me to manage all my contracts and suppliers. I can see the end date very clear and I can also send reminders when a contract is about to expire

Having all of our contracts and suppliers in a single place.
The automated workflows are great to help us build a sustainable procurement function.
The team members at Gatekeeper are always helpful and knowledgable and able to provide feedback effectively.

The additional modules are quite expensive and big jump in costs between bands.

Having all contracts in a centralised place and ensuring we don't miss contract renewals

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper has been an integral part of daily work and helps to keep employees and vendors in compliance with contract and vendor management policies. The ease of finding vendors and contract information, tracking the status of contracts and vendors, and renewing various required documentation with expiration dates and labeling features is super helpful. The messaging capability is also helpful. It tracks conversations related to contracts and vendors, even if the response is from an e-mail account.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is not being able to archive or delete vendor contacts (users). Re-titling them can currently overcome this, but I believe they are working to change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper helps our company track and manage many contractual agreements and vendor relationships across many departments. We can share information, negotiate contracts with vendors, store documents, pull reports, easily see what is due for renewal, and do many other valuable and necessary tasks more efficiently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising all supplier and contract data has meant that the entire business as visibility of our supply chain. This has been the fundumental difference and has increased our ability to onboard suppliers and agree contracts in a more timely and compliant manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a team ready to implement it and that you have clean data ready to be uploaded.
