Is an excellent simplest way to save money, the unused resource tool is one of the most powerful I use !, it is like free resources for your AWS Account!

Anything is really work Automatic and Automagic!

The usage of on-demand instances improves a lot the cost, is very well autodetecting the usage, and reduce a lot the monthly expenditure
AWS EC2 savings with Zesty
What do you like best about the product?
The service is very easy to set up, takes a few weeks to properly ramp up and then just works. It is also very easy to expand with new accounts.
The dashboard is pretty fantastic and brings more value than we initially expected by showing unused resources and even some bad practices.
Staff is super nice and helpful and is proactive when things ever do go wrong.
The pricing model is absolutely awesome and should be a no brainer for any budgeting department.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard has a few corners that are a bit too WIP, but never anything that is a deal breaker.
Account onboarding is a bit clumsy when not using cloudformation, but completely acceptable.
For example, the "unused resources" section does not properly explain why resources are considered unused.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zesty completely takes over RI purchasing and re-sells them when not needed, resulting in much higher savings than through a savings plan. This removes a lot of manual work and does a better job at the same time.
Executing Cost Wonders behind the scene
What do you like best about the product?
A super cost optimisation tool which does magic behind the scene. Its smart AI to discover relevant instance and purchase accordingly has very effective accuracy. The customer support and CSM has been amazing and have made sure to have consistent engagement with us

Nothing really. Has been wonderful experience working with Zesty till now

Cost optimisation for OnDemand instances are a tough nut to crack that Zesty is completely automating for us.

We save on AWS infrastructure without even thinking about it

The main issue zesty is helping us to solve is the continuous increase in AWS costs, and we have achieved significant cost savings because of that.
As close to "free money" as I've ever gotten.
What do you like best about the product?
Zesty saves us hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, with almost zero downside. We get all the cost savings of reserved instances with none of the lock-in or upfront payment.
I recommend it to anyone who spends significant money on EC2.

UI could use some love. I mostly interact with Zesty via the AWS console anyway, so this hasn't mattered very much.

I had some problems with billing, and the dashboard is sometimes not self explanatory (although not in the important parts)

We have been using Zesty for a few months now, and I think this is a fantastic product. Our most significant expense is our EC2 servers, and zesty just magically allows us to save money on them

To date, Zesty's Commitment Manager does exactly what it said it would do, and there is nothing about the product that I dislike.

The ability to save money on our ec2 billing without having to worry about commitments and planning around those monitory commitments.

The fact that you cannot compare the previous month with the current or previous months. You only get a total usage, cost, and saving.

We are saving money monthly, not committing for extended periods (saving plans and reserved instances).
