Customer Service is key
What do you like best about the product?
They handle any questions I have very quickly, and I can always count on them to help me with any issues. The Cleancloud team listens to what customers want, and they implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that the software prices do not drastically increase too much overtime with popularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They simplify everything and allow you to break it down into detail as much as you are comfortable with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is changing all the time and for the better. The ease of use for employees t move from one software to another is a game-changer. The last thing you need is for software to be complicated for your staff to learn.

They are always working to better the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
On the app platform I would like to see my logo. Also have them to offer images for clothing items on our dashboard that are all the same instead of us having to add our own.

I've realized that they help me keep track of all transactions. I can see review, what service gets the most orders.

Love the simplicity of the system. Very easy to use and interface looks clean.

Invoicing, simplified my invoicing for business accounts on monthly basis

I like that you can access the system anywhere you are. I travel a lot so can check when I'm abroad

The SMS system isn't very reliable. It's amazing when it works

No writing out tickets , easy to use and great for customers who can drop items off and be noticed by text so don't have to wait. Easy weekly daily takings on screen

I've tried many other sand CleanCloud is the best by far . It's so easy to navigate

Clean interface and sinole configuration and lightning fast email support
What do you dislike about the product?
Inabilty to edit sms responses, the sms response refers to the number of items where it should be the number of Kgs. This cannot presently be changed

Organisational Issues are what we need to resolve, also ensuring all work flow is correctly captured and invoiced/charged for - its is apparent from our early testing that CleanCloud fits the bill

What do you like best about the product?
Software is very functional. Releases are thoroughly tested. When problems arise they are quick to resolve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization. I'd like to be able to customize email/text notifications in the admin area and I'm not able to do that. Changes/updates are focused on the large user base which is understandable, but certain changes I'd like to see, we aren't able to have done.

Having a complete Wash & Fold system to manage our business.

The trial is fully functional. Use the trial to see if it is a good fit for your business. Ask for additional time on trial if needed.
Helped me push out sales, and had great customer service.

When one of my cleaners was working, yet the program said that it was down. Contacted customer support and got back to me within 3 hours.

As I said before, it was a little buggy. With not being able to connect with the dryers sometimes

Working at home with this has been a huge plus for me.
