Good Collaboration for our Co-Sell Program
What do you like best about the product?
The WorkSpan team was good at bringing us up to speed about how WorkSpan can help with our Co-Sell management. They have a strong team between the consulting side and people on the technical team.
It was relatively easy to implement and roll out to our field. The initital feedback from our sales team is good, and people are seeing the value in having WorkSpan in our Salesforce instance and how it will help them work better in the marketplace and partner with the AWS team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think this was more of an issue with how we first started the kick-off, we should have had the right stakeholders internally involved. I joined later due to being off on a Pat leave. Our future iterations of WorkSpan will be easier.
We had a product feedback session as there were a couple of gaps with how the Salesforce package is setup, and limitations on the address fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order for Postman to scale our channel business, we need to streamline our deal registration process with our partners. Making it easier to share deals between Postman and their partners will encourage more co-selling and relationship building with our partners. Our current process with AWS is completely manual and involves our Head of Global Channels and Alliances submitting deal registrations individually on behalf of our sales reps. This is happening directly in AWS Partner Central. This manual process also introduces more opportunity for human error which lead to reporting inaccuracies.

I am finally getting used to using it and find it easy to get information and easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that screen transitions take time and that granting access rights to new users is complicated.
However, this may be largely a problem due to internal systems

poor the integration with email. Often I don't know if a task is completed or not. Probably it is suitable to integrate the alerts with email

The platform is intuitive in the use. Probably it is suitable to enrich the integration with email/chat to receive alerts immediately

Workspan is an clear and workable platform for administrative work for Cisco use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
Reports, you can easily report about your workspan (WS) activities. Export of data is easy which helps to show in our customer facing systems and internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
enhancements could be that in some forms you cannot copy/paste text to search for, this should be selectable. Also it is not so easy toe work with split screens.

Workspan solves the process of administrative show the Proof of performance, this makes it easier and faster and more efficient.

More useful is knowing the incentive programs that we have active with some manufacturers.

I can't think of anything that is less useful in wortkspan, everything I use is interesting

Workspan helps me to know and manage the incentive programs that we have active with some manufacturing partners, so that they know what we have going on.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible access to our full Cisco data set combined with intuitive reporting. All in a modern UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page and data applet load times can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved access and speed of processing vendor program claims and rebates. Also provides improved data visibility which we didn't have before.

Reduce management time with automation that together drives better managed and more collaborative group work
So far I had a great experience with workspan, I had help to solve all the difficulties.

I still haven't found anything I don't like about Workspan.
