Lots of Potential to Collaborate via Workspan
What do you like best about the product?
Workspan facilitates sharing data between organizations to help drive opportunities without having to do lots of double-entry work. That ensures better use/adoption of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the training was comprehensive, I found it hard to align the training modules with our implementation. After the training, I felt I had a good handle on how to use Workspan and then found myself struggling to make my instance match what I had seen in the training. Also, sharing data between organizations via tools like Salesforce is great; but, it involves getting admins to make changes and that may difficult in some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A partner invited us to use WorkSpan for co-selling opportunities, so you could argue our partner is managing us since they initiated the suggestion to use WorkSpan. The enormous benefit is sharing information on co-selling opportunities so both companies have visibility into the same opportunities to help drive revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty simple to use. We declare projects with VMware. Menu are enough simple to easily find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a real plus if you could go back after submitting a claim.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Workspan, in my personal experience, is its ability to streamline collaboration with my partner teams. As someone who works with multiple teams in the Cloud & Software industries, having a single platform to coordinate and manage our joint solutions has been a game-changer. It allows me to track progress and optimize our partnership potential easily.

As someone who values aesthetics and organization in my tools, I found it challenging to create a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate workspace within the platform.

Our team at Fllink believes processes should be eased out it any workspace. This is what WorkSpan does.
We did not find any downsides to using it internally for growth and business expansion, although there could be more added services like affiliates etc.

What do you like best about the product?
This software has introduced the concept of co-investing into digital assets which has helped small startups like ours to fetch decent amount of returns. It has helped us to tie up with other big players in the market to cater to the needs of their personal user base defining our existence in a proftable manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Co-selling through WorkSpan is a task as we require multiple approvals and have to reach the targets set by an organisation of a higher strata which can be theoretical for smaller scale startups. Choosing the right partner to co-invest or co-market requires assistance or expert opinion which WorkSpan lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WorkSpan has helped to increase efficiency by decreasing investments in marketing, selling and investing. As we are coinvesting with other players, it is a wide exposure for the entire team thus giving us a wider perspective during the development phase of a product.

costs, this is really a usefull tool but i think its to expensive for new teams. You know, company ive been working for a while is a big one but in perspective its to much for small companies

We have been using this platform for our sales, and it has greatly benefited us, through it we have promoted collaborations creating a good workflow and achieving greater productivity, WorkSpan is a complete solution for our organization because it does not allow us to create a tracking from sales, marketing and recognition to maximize the productivity of each partner, in this way we also help each one to be in constant growth.
