Great choice but poor experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that has everything on the box, very easy for developing a project
What do you dislike about the product?
Language. Most of the things are on portuguese, very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reseller program, documentation, support
Very friendly E-Commerce tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that I can have my entire web store in one place, and I can configure it all in Vtex. Also, it is very easy to use, make a promotion, configure a product. I can have all the data of my costumers, and do a little CRM with Vtex. I thing Vtex is a very complete tool for any e-commerce
What do you dislike about the product?
Some thing that I can't delete, like the colections, the coupons and the promotions. Also, I speak spanish and english, and sometimes it a little dificult to understand what it say because it is in portuges. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logistic. We can manage everything that we need to make a sale, almost with any external tool. Also, we even could manage a little of accounting where Vtex show us the costs and the sales. And with the report of sale, we can see who costumers buy and what promotions can we use to take advantage of that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend others to use Vtex, not only because it's worth every $, but also it's very easy to use, It got everything you need for a e-commerce, you can always have support if you need and capacitation.

Improve the lenguage in the website Spanish is very poor

Not a lot of content in Spanish , translating from Portuguese not always works well
