Zscaler is the Best
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is easy to manage user's integrating with Active Directory. Manage the role and department wise Cloud access. All access and use of could based URLs are easily trackable. Can use URL or community based filtering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike most is its troubleshooting during any issues. It is not easy to find out the root cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing access to the users as per their location and group wise access is now solved. We can provide access to the users as per their location and level of access they actually need.

Awesome product
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is very much secure in protecting the cloud workspace and the whole cloud environment. Using Zscaler is very much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I feel Zscaler is okay for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler solves the problem in cloud workspace. That is very much benefitting me to worry lesser

What do you like best about the product?
It gives your cloud security with zero touch to network. Zscler is good product for the end users. Excellent user review in some cases Zscler has reduce latency for application.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per Zscaler architect, server to client communication is not possible, it is useful like CUCM communication. Where Zscaler doesn't support the communication so you need to have workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler reduce the physical firewalls to have protecting the network. Where you need to have complicated configuration and different license. Zscaler reduce this requirements.
Very good experience as this tool is user friendly and hassle free to use

Its gui is user friendly and easy to use .

The reporting part can be more good .but still its helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some false positive sites are categorised as malicious. And zscaler is usedul here with its fast support

I have seen almost all security features which are not there in normal firewall. Also, it is easy to configure and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time ZCC will impact the performance.

DLP solution we can not get in normal firewall.

Their inconsistency to support SSL handshakes for bulk of URLs which leads to failure.
Client needs to have access of network like ZIA in ZPA as well to have transparency.

SSL inspections helps finding and detecting any malicious activity over the internet.

We don't have to implement physical devices and don't have to worry abot it
Very effective for zero trust policy. Over all traffic speed gets slow sometimes .

VPN is not required anymore, no need to worry about users while using the internet,.

Over all speed is slow and latency is alos high

Best alternative for VPN and procted access, noo need to configure vpn and deploying policies is also very easy

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zscaler is it works through Agent and policy applied from Zscaler console. Easy to integrate with Active Directory for managing cloud access to the users. Easy to get client-related cloud access logs. Manage content based cloud URLs are internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some sort of difficulty while there is an issue in cloud access for end users. During that time, troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue is difficult. Need to contact support team very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zscaler helped us to manage the internet access for the user through Active Directory. Now we can provide cloud access to the user as per their role and the level of access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility it offers. The way we can customise as per our requirements and the policies we can enforce. No more worries about someone outside our network getting on our network or employees trying to use Instagram on the work PC
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing we dislike. Would like a mobile app to manage on the go in future!
