Zscaler Could Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is agent based and easy to integrate with Active Directory. Can be used as content based monitoring and managing
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometime hard to find out the root cause whenever any issue comes up like slowness and outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based monitoring and content based access, users could access management through Active Directory. Group wise policy roll out etc.

Day to day customer issues for url access,ssl inspection ,traffic forwarding method ,authentication n user provisioning

Provides very less threat surface with granular access to internet and internet based on requirement post authentication

Nothing seen much to be true. Just keep improving.

The protection of user identity and inspecting ssl traffic is a lot helpful and used

The ease to deploy zscaler security is very comforting.
The multilayer security provided to remote users as well as the users on site is phenomenal

What do you dislike about the product?
The down side of zscaler is that when we deploy Ipsec to transfer data to zen node (zscaler endpoint) it some times add latency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of problems by giving secure Internet access, secure private internal network access and protection from malware etc. under one umbrella.
The ease of deployment and less maintenance decreases the outage duration and frequency which in turn benifits business.

It's solving connectivity issues as users are protected from any location.
Zscaler Cloud Protection have very good features and I would recommend it to my friends.

Nothing. All seems is good. Prince are a little bit high. But over all good.

Both product ZPA and ZIA are innovative in nature. Using AI/ML is good approach I would say .In brief product being developed considering all different security aspect of Zero Trust

There is no such specific point about dislike.
However in terms of multiple cloud networking there needs easier integration approach. No much points on dislikes

All our corporate laptops having ZIA connector installed.Securing corporate from threat . We have not faced any major security incident after doing partnership with Zscaler.

Logs on Zscaler are very slow, Also Need to improve the live support to customers.
