A true buddy for Cloud Security
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Cloude protection brings a lot to the table like ZIA, ZPA which helps us to remidiates all security issues. also I liked the new ZDX feature which really gives the detailed information about the user's network and data flow. Also their support to the client is always top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might not be the downside. But I noticed that earlier versions of client connectors (1.0 or 2.0) and latest versions were good but there were lot of issues with 4.x version which gives Internal Errors and endpoint errors even though the systems were full updated, network was stable. Hope they have fixed this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve High Cost issue as zscaler owns 150 datacenters of their own. ZDX tracks all the poor visibility across many hops making it easy to troubleshoot all the network issues

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is updated for the security needed for cloud protection. It is fairly simple to understand. The cloud being fairly new technology, Zscaler bridges the company to its cloud excellently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this is a fairly new technology compared to other vendors, resources are not that available. Probably more documentation is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Cloud Protection gives us insight on our cloud technology fairly simple. It takes the worries off alerts and enables the team to focus on other deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using zscaler protection is that we can prevent any kind of attacks from different URLs or files. The upsight of using zscaler security is that it give a broad level of features and functionality to the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much theoretical explanations about. You can make it practical approach for the best outcomes.proxy and firewall of zscaler attributes can be made a two different tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can whitelist or can block the urls considering the threat of the URL.
The best benefits of this is that we can prevent accessing the unwanted urls or links which can save us from any threat and vulnerability

scale, reliable and easy to use and best product

No dis like as of now but there should be frequent updates required.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of deployment and flexibility, Zscaler is the best in enterprise proxy product to protect each users accessing internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
in terms of administration, the inability to modify other features way of inspecting the traffic such as the IPS and antivirus detections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure internet connection for each employee anytime anywhere. due to the tunnelling the client make to Zscaler, we are sure that our connection is secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI of the platform is quite friendly and easy to navigate. This makes it easy for the operations team to work on the software effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support documents needs to be more well documented with some more videos explaining the basic infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zsclaer makes the onboarding of on-prem devices to cloud quite easy without much issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to secure and monitor lateral movements between AWS VPCs and extract adequate reports, and also able to monitor traffic between cloud apps and on premise apps in customer local data center seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to be mentioned yet, there was no feature that is notable for me to write about what to dislike as the product and support are satisfactory when implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client needs to be able to monitor traffic flow between their cloud apps in AWS and their local apps and also to secure the traffic between different VPCs. Zscaler can solve that problem.
