Good tool for generating deeplinks in bulk and app attribution.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Branch simply for bulk links, which can be converted into unique QR Codes and placed on physical objects. Analytics of users/clicks coming from these links is quick and easy too.
I also use branch for attribution as it provides a clear split between multiple channels like paid marketing, referral, organic etc. Cohort analysis helps us gauge the quality of users coming from different channels.
Apart from allowing the integration of traditional media partners, we also have the flexibility to add custom partners, manually create their impression and click trackers and decide their access levels, attribution and postback settings.
I also use branch for attribution as it provides a clear split between multiple channels like paid marketing, referral, organic etc. Cohort analysis helps us gauge the quality of users coming from different channels.
Apart from allowing the integration of traditional media partners, we also have the flexibility to add custom partners, manually create their impression and click trackers and decide their access levels, attribution and postback settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branch lets us do a very top-level analysis of the user funnels and cohorts. It also does not provide cost data in INR; thus, all the CPA calculations must be done on Google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch has helped us generate, edit and analyse deep links in bulk. These deep links have a lot of use cases, including SEO blogs, articles and social media posts. Analysing them helps us identify the best organic channels.
Branch has also helped simplify our daily reporting process, as daily campaign and budget changes can be done directly by analysing each channel's and campaign's performance from the dashboard.
Branch has helped us adopt agile marketing as we test on a small budget, measure performance using cohorts and branch activity features, and then make informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
They offer a detail view of mobile linking & attribution level data & insights. All marketing lead questions about first or last channel attribution to user level insights can be addressed under one solution i.e Branch. They offer multiple touch point view, detailed dashboard along with a wide range of customization as per the requirement
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Branch given the breadth of offerings they provide. However certain funnel drop offs & attribution of App Installs can be improved

Mapping user level & channel level data. Understanding what led to a conversion for a user in the wide range of multiple touchpoints of Marketing ( DM + BM). Understanding the overall funnel behavior and further optimizing the campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Branch is a good MMP and has many integrations with ad networks. We had a great experience with the support and onboarding team.

Sometimes disconnected from the ad platforms.

Branch provides mobile tracking to the app and website so we can have conversions and app events. It is very important to connect analytics to app.

Close relation to their customers. 3 team work with it, seems to be easy to use.

I only had one problem when the deeplinks didnt work well. PRoblem was on our side, branch helped but it took a while to solve it overall.

Reasonable, Reliable and robust app attribution tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a good platform for attribution and campaign analysis; therefore, we decided to switch to Branch. We use branch as an attribution tool and monitor campaign performance, spending and other important events and metrics at a source level. Every web and app link we use is built on branch, and the clicks and other important metrics can be easily tracked via the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from deep linking and attribution, there is not much that we can use Branch for. I'm always trying to find more use cases to justify the ROI.

We also use its journeys feature extensively to convert website users into organic app installers with rich media and custom audience targeting.

Its bulk link creation allows us to upload files with required fields and guides us on how to do that.

It is easy to set up deep links which is important for us in converting users based on specific content in our app.
Branch integrates with all the paid media platforms we use and allows us to remain efficient in our spending

Only downside is it does take some time to set-up, but most of that is getting the events tracked, which we would have to do with any platform and Branch makes it easy to do just takes some time.

Mobile attribution so we know which platforms our bringing in qualified users and helps us keep our CAC efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly including building workflows/ banners and also analyzing the performance of these workflows. I primarily use Branch for smart banners and we have seen a great lift from using Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being that my main use if for smart banners, building the banners on the platform is not as intuitive as lets say Canva for building creatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is solving the problem of converting mobile traffic to app users. We have significant mobile traffic and use smart banners to drive this user to use the app.

What do you like best about the product?
the brand create technologies that enable innovation quicky and efective for digital marketing, the platform is very easy to use and it allows for quick setting and implementation, is an ally for marketers that want to make desitions based on testing and insigths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great to see more predictive analytics as well as more flexibilty or options in the journeys templates. having acces to industry bechmarks and creatives examples in the setting platform will be very usefull for time and cretion process.

Mobile marketing for : we use it mainly for email deeplinking and journeys from where we can use: CTR data, AB Testing,Cohort Analysis, Conversion Tracking,In-App Events Tracking, Reporting/Analytics
