It just works!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the setup was straightforward but the benefits that Branch allows us to achieve are unparalleled. Our onboarding process is now so seamless and it would have taken a lot of resources to achieve the same effect internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, testing the deferred links are still quite troublesome and it is hard to tell sometimes what behaviours will be like in production
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an enterprise product, but our end users are individuals. We need to be able to offer our end users a seamless onboarding process without our end users needing a lot of manual input for authentication and verification of what company they are part of. Branch allows us to create custom QR codes and by scanning them, offer verification but also seamless activation for our end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Branch for those who would like greater control of the touchpoints and user journey of your products

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best deep linking and mobile attribution platforms out there. Wide variety of learning and support resources. Exceptional support - that matters!

There have been instances when we felt the documentation be more descriptive or clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, mobile attribution and deep linking in various use cases - sms to app linking, campaign tracking, among others

We really liked the deep linking feature. Overall, Branch is quite user-friendly and straightforward. The pricing is fair. The customer support is always helpful.

Nothing, really. We like Branch Analytics.

Pretty easy to create links and attribute them from downloads
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDK (React-Native) is pretty delicate. You need to have a good, structured approach to capture the user's first entry correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Install attributions. We have many influencers promoting our app, and it's easy to tell who is coming into our app.

Ease of use. Reliability. Superior customer support.

I'm struggling to find anything negative. The Branch app does what it's supposed to do and it does it seamlessly and easily.

The power of real-time payments. No paper checks and fee-laden pay cards. Savings of both time and costs and attracting more talent with the #1 benefit job seekers want: faster access to their earnings.
Easy to implement attribution tracking app

Easiness to create trackable links, free starting plan, good visualization of attributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks old, simple, and easy to use, but feels like this hasn't been edited for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me attribution for customer acquisition. It enables me to see where my new users come from, what channels, what marketing campaign, etc.

I have tried all attribution tools for mobile app analytics and this is the best quality/money ratio.
Customer support isn't great, but the tool is easy to use and provides extremely valuable insights and features.

Powerful mobile linking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful deep links, ad links, and quick links that function across all platforms and channels. The dashboard is simple to use and understand, and it is easy to integrate with third-party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of materials where you can learn how to use it in the re-engagement campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like that we can deep link with this software. The ability to direct different device users to appropriate apps and pages is awesome.

If you need a mobile app tracking tool, Branch is a good choice.

Complex UI, difficult to easily adapt for a newcomer

Main problem - referral system and deeplinks landing to specific pages in app

It offers a lot of features and not able to find clear resources to understand all things branch has to offer. Like getting default attributions from Facebook or google ads

I'd love alternate payment options on plans smaller than Enterprise.

We're solving the problems of other analytics platforms making it difficult for developers to track the sources of app downloads.
