Great insights tools. Easy integration.
What do you like best about the product?
We are using branch for monitoring Twitter ad conversion statistics. Integration was smooth and quick. We're happy with their tools and dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the solutions which overlap with Google Analytics, one will still prefer Google Analytics because of its ease of use.

Branch is just amazing and so rich in features!

The easy integration and the validation functionality in the Flutter SDK.

That there are only two environments, live and test, and the way they are split in the admin dashboard.

Deep linking into our mobile Flutter app (Android & iOS) and our web app.
With Branch, it is way easier and more reliable than with Firebase Dynamic Links.

We've been using branch for deep link generation for years.
What do you like best about the product?
The deep link feature. It allows us to take advantage of linking users directly into our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branch's support is not very good. Even for paying customers it's a 24 hour turn-around time.

Providing links that take our users directly into the app independent of their device type.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the subscription pricing model with a short term trial period as well as the great docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to auto stats the important client events such as purchase.

The "Quick Links" feature is the feature we use most and are happy with.

They discontinued their referrals product.

We use Branch to measure user engagement with our organic marketing initiatives. Our marketers have no trouble using it.

We're still early in our learning process, so far so good but I have a feeling we might be missing some advanced reporting and stats

Central place to create, manage, and evaluate universal link performance.

Have yet to get our conversion management dialed. The docs are plentiful and well constructed, but more accessible access to an account manager would be helpful.

Universal link tracking, management, and evaluation. I have confidence Branch will be very useful.
