Branch, the product and the people, are simply fantastic.
What do you like best about the product?
Their deep-linking product is super-easy to deploy and their support is very prompt
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing yet that I've disliked about branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to reduce the onboarding time for our users from an external to an in-app environment through branch.
Branch is by the far the easiest deep linking to setup for Android
What do you like best about the product?
I like the app download referral feature and how you can show a splash screen when the user accesses your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is costs money now. It was free for so many years so thats sort of a bummber.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to push my website users to the app download option.
Made our lives easier by sorting the user acquisition

We dont have to worry about users redirection from various platforms or edge cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
We feel that the analytics can get more interactive than downloading reports every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are closed app and the users can only join via specific links and branch has helped us use the power of deffered deep links to handle the user onboarding. No matter what app, platform or browser user use, they will land on the right pages!

What do you like best about the product?
Easyness creating deep links that store information that can be used later. Link attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documentation information can be improved. Facebook pixel integration within API created deep links is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating deep links that point to our app in app stores if that is not installed and store information to reward users and drive them to desired place

What do you like best about the product?
We are building a consumer finance app and channel attribution is key to optimize our marketing budget. In the future, we are going to use deep links as crazy!!!

We had some issues with the default deep views that we fix it after a couple of ours.

For us it is becoming the centralized hub for our marketing needs. As we are still in development stage we starting to implement the power it now
user friendly. we can track all fed parameters easily also integration part was very easy.

basically we are serving the semi urban parts and more important is tracking the user behaviour

you can go for it without any second thoughts. Its a great platform for start-ups. you can use your marketing budget wisely. and can save money and invest in other required areas.

Branch has been a super powerful and useful tool for us in tracking user behavior across deep links!
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tools to for deep linking and user behavior tracking.

Some of the behavior is a bit confusing. For example, it seems that if a user downloads our app through a Branch link and then uses our app over the course of multiple weeks, then the user's activity near the end of the week is not longer associated with the initial Branch link.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch integrates extremely well with other platforms and is the one-stop place for tracking. Also, their technical support response is very quick and resolute. The fact that is so affordable and provides such important services all in one place helps our organization achieve its goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. They are doing a great job bringing in newer and helpful features to be at par with any organization's requirements.
