Useful attribution tool with low price entrance.
What do you like best about the product?
Deep links, ads attribution, data feeds, we use all of it in our company, and generally, all is working fine. We comparing branch to apps flyer and adjust and this product is the best on the market if you don't have huge budgets. Also their support is always in touch and help with resolving issues fast and competently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branch doesn't have an organization level in the start packets of their service. So if you have lots of small products, you will maintain billing for each of them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal of using this platform for as is to attribute actions in our applications after user see our ads. This help us to use our marketing budgets more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Was very easy to implement with Expo and also to connect with Mixpanel
What do you dislike about the product?
UX can be a tiny bit better but still easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Attribution. Creating customized links for my different acquisition sources. Connecting these to Mixpanel to understand which source is driving the most qualified users.

Links settings for custom routes are great.

Attribution on mobile apps isn't really straightforward.

We are generating custom links for our marketing campaigns.
Branch Review - Great resource for app attribution!
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to be able to create quick links for our Instagram Influencer ads to be able to track the success of each campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize the landing page that the quick links take you to (add logo, graphics, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App attribution & link creation. We've been able to discover which of our Influencer ads work better compared to others, and we can break apart our marketing campaign data to learn more about where to best spend our marketing dollars.
Poor sales, integration and post integration support.

Pricing. Pricing is the only thing that might work in your favour, for all else, look for an alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attitude of both sales team and support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User attribution for Facebook Ads. Haven't actually been able to solve the use case yet, because of the issues with integration and support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please be careful about the kind of support you are going to vet from branch in any shape and form. The only thing that might work in favour is pricing. For everything else, better look for an alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support from their team and from a tool's functionality perspective i really love the way you can personalize each journey so that the user feels connected to what he was doing on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not so many things that i dislike about branch as a product but what i really don't like is the response time i get when pulling large set of data. I guess that is something that branch team should look into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest pain areas that we had was how do we convert our mobile users to app and more importantly how do we measure their performance and with branch we are easily able to solve it and best part is we are measuring it and optimizing it further.

Apart from awesome experience on app tracking and measurement I liked customer experience most which differentiate Branch from appsflyer or any other platform.

If branch can help us with competition insights regarding cross app usage that will be really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can setup the structure of the deeplinks, the way you want. This gives me the opportunity to really customize the way I want to use Branch.
Furthermore, I believe that the MAU based pricing is also fair.

I missed clear information or guides on more advanced things like dynamic variables and passing them onto the end-points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking from Email to people with/without our app. The benefit is to bring the customer to the right place. Always.

The reason we use Branch.io is to track app installs for iOS and Android so we can determine which advertising is giving us the best results.

We haven’t found any reasons to say bad about this product at this time.

We were unable to track installs for iOS so we never new where any of our installs we coming from.
