A high-quality product with heaps of excellent training material to choose from!
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy is an excellent training tool, enabling users to create bespoke training plans with exercise and practice to emerge ready for exams in all the major cloud platforms and professional digital skillsets from engineering to developer through to security and support disciplines. It enables the creation of multiple teams inside the tool, with both team and individual training plans, detailed reporting and reminders for training plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the complexity of the number of courses and available exercises can make it difficult to set up the correct training plans. Still, our support team has always helped us create what we need. It would be great to get more ITIL resources within the environment and additional S 365 resources for our support teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the post-pandemic, hybrid working, digital business environment, we have found it incredibly practical as a training tool for our entire IT and security teams. Plus, new resources are being added all the time to keep the content valid and applicable for our teams.

Cloud Academy offers excellent content and the ability to add bespoke resources to complement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to figure out the training plans and custom resources, but once you've done it, it's smooth sailing.

Cloud Academy is solving our need for technical training and career progression. It's allowing us to track the skills gained across the various teams within our department.
Comprehensive, rich in content of the highest quality and constantly evolving.

Ease of use and immediacy, richness of content, possibility to create a tailor-made learning path for each professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest to have the possibility to do some live coding.

In a constantly evolving market such as that of large cloud platforms, the ability to obtain skills on demand in order to specialise quickly is a competitive advantage.

The Learning Paths were really great. They give structure to the learning content

Some courses are not up to date. This might severly affect how users prepare for certification exams

There are courses for programming languages and training paths for specializations. But it is all optimized for working in the cloud
