Cloud Academy Classes
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can create training plans for different teams and manage the progress of each team or individual easily.
I also like the new & frequently updated training plans with rich content that assists us to come up and be able to sell, deploy and support the technologies affliated to cloud Academy.
I also like the mobile app as we are able to train even on our phones while on the move.

I would appreciate more and more labs for the technical team to play around with.

We are ensuring that our team is skilling up on Azure technologies to be able to support our market.
Benefits so far I have seen many active customer conversations on Azure products after the sales & technical team obtained access to the platform.

Cloud Academy has a wide range of contents in AWS services and certification exams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we can go deep dive into service with actual demo that we can follow from our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when I have a difficulty to understand AWS services, Cloud Academy enables me to understand what it is and how it works in high level. It would be even better if we can go deeper

Great online educational material which has helped alot to upskill myself.

Nothing I really have enjoying the online learning experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed explanation of every concept along with Labs to etch them into memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the concepts related to the syllabus were missing. But the constant updates to the course are a plus.

Have well prepared for the ACE exam on the Google cloud platform. Went through many other courses. There are alot of useful resources course wise on cloud Academy.

Cloud Academy is a great place to learn by doing hands-on.
If you look for a place to learn by doing, this is the best.

The content may look a little bit out of date when it comes to the presentations.
In lecture one, you can see the presentation with new topics about AWS but in lecture two, the content may show a little bit out of date.
Also, some important keywords are mentioned in the audio but not listed in the presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy teaches you all you need to know, down to the fine details, and then provides a lab to reinforce and apply everything you've learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
All their lessons are through videos, but I prefer to learn by reading. They have a transcript of what the video says, but I've noticed many inconsistencies in the transcript. They need to verify that what the transcript says, correctly matches what's said on their videos as it forces me to have to watch the video anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting prepared for the AWS Cloud Developer Certification test. In doing so, the lessons have already given me ideas on how to use some AWS features at my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Treat these Cloud Academy courses like you would a regular college course. To get the most out of it, i think it requires one to be really attentive. Take notes, think about how these technologies could be applied to your regular job, and maybe do small projects with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the contents are organised are great. It covers all areas required for you to get your fundamentals strong either to get ready for your certification or to increase your productivity in day-to-day work in your cloud env. With its presence in both web & apps I find the subcription of great value as i can learn on the go while in transit. The scoreboard & leadboardd motivates you rot push further in your learning. There are few analytics as well provided on the level & amount of learning you do which helps you understand how you are progressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view from mobile is not giving full screen which makes it hard to view while watching in mobile. Hard to find the solution for some lab questions - though it pushes you to think through to find the answers yourself

I am improving my AWS skills. Learning from Cloud Academy has helped me to increase my AWS skills which helps me to increase my productivity at work. I found the learning contents easy to understand and categorised to different levels which help you gain knowledge gradually.

Dont wait for the right time to get started with your learning. Just jump in and get started with your journey of learning more about cloud. With its presence in both web & app you can learn on the go and anywhere. Get your mobile or any device charged enough and be keen to learn new things daily.
