Great platform to learn about the different services offered by the main Cloud Vendors
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of content: from videos, to labs where you can apply what you are learning, quizzes, exams..
Also that some "learning paths" prepare you to take official certifications by AWS, Azure...

In some labs, the instructions seem to come out of the box and you may not be sure about why you are doing what you are doing

I have learnt about many different services in AWS (which is the one we use in my company) and I have learnt how to use them. This represents a great advantage in my day-to-day work as well as opens many opportunities for new jobs in the future, since having worked with these services is highly valuable
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great platform to learn the different services offered by Cloud Vendors. Also, you can prepare for official certification, which will be very useful if you are thinking of applying for a new job.
Cloud Academy support is also very good: every time I have had a problem, I have been able to solve it within the day, which is great and also means that you are not blocked for too long

Interactive teaching style and more contents in lesser time.

Some topics like Professional Leadership and miscellaneou management are not there on CloudAcademy.com.

some labs, It was necessary to do twice to correctly understand all concept. Probably my skills was not enough :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My purpose is to get a right overview of cloud provider capabilities. First benefits are to exchange with real expert and understand their language".
Second benefits are to correctly evaluate the cloud provider offer and their services. Now, I'm better to estimate what a project needs to be a success on deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how short and informative the lessons are. Yes the courses are lengthy but it's not overwhelming. Compared to other platforms I had tried, I didn't feel stupid for not knowing some terms or concepts. Even the simplest things are explained so one can easily follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I disliked it but the updated content took me back from 50% to about 40% when I was really trying to finish ASAP haha. The upside about it though is that the content is up-to-date and relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning more about AWS services to better serve my customers and cutting out the middle man who is often an SA or an engineer from another team.

What do you like best about the product?
The hands on labs are the best thing which I liked about Cloud Academy. After going through a session, you can perform hands on activity through which you can play around the newly learnt stuff. This will build up practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge gained in the sessions. Practical knowledge is extremely important now days to learn a new skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I noticed in Cloud Academy was unavailability of SAP Cloud and Oracle Cloud learning. Apart from these, they cover others like AWS, Google, Azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started to venture out into Cloud space, moving from On-Prem. This has given me a good start in the journey towards Cloud.
Once I complete all the sessions, I will be definitely in a good position to migrate my existing On-Prem resources to the Cloud.

Cloud Academy is a very useful website if you want to enhance or start learning Cloud skills. It has a very good learning content for the big three Cloud providers - Google, Azure, AWS. This also has hands on labs through which you can perform hands on after each session.
Overall, I strongly recommend using Cloud Academy to learn everything about the Cloud.

A great place to excel cloud skills
What do you like best about the product?
I personally find it really valuable with the content and the deep knowledge it provides with the hands on lab sessions. The contents were well explained in a way we can easily understand the concepts, especially the industrial expertise it brings to the courses. Why I'm saying that is I found some of the rare industrial tactics, I learnt while I'm working in one of the hands on lab sessions I interacted with Cloud Academy. Honestly, I couldn't find similar small inputs with any of the other online learning platforms. Also the content updates and the variety of the contents it adds to the library. Recently, I found that Kubernetes tools such as Knative, Kustomize, Terraform and Terragrunt were added with a quality content, I personally, could not found such training materials with other learning platforms. So simply, this is a great value for money and you won't regret it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing much to say about the downside of the course contents of the platform. But I'd like to highlight the slowness in the player and the loading time as the fact where Cloud Academy team needs to pay attention. As I'm following few of the learning platforms for my online learning I can assure you that I have a good internet speed and my Macbook Pro handles the browser perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply, the necessary knowledge and the experience I needed to work with my profession and the projects I involved with. If I get a new project or work where I did not work previously, I usually search the contents available in Cloud Academy before I go and start the work. Especially an option such as a Hands-on Lab.

I personally, recommend this to anyone who is willing to learn themselves and I can guarantee that it will not be a waste if you actually use it.

We are upskilling our team and preparing for a Cloud Migration initiative. I used Cloud Academy to prepare for the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and passed on the 1st try with no issues.
