Experience was very rewarding!
What do you like best about the product?
The pace of the training was perfect. I felt like it flowed very well and explained everything precisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I disliked about the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a business relationship with Microsoft, and so we need everyone to have a basic understanding of Azure.

Helps me to learn and pass certification exams

Sometimes Contents are divided in too many short videos. Videos can be combined to at least 15 mins

no problems, but i have benefits like the lab sessions make to work same like in cloud environment. and pre-configure of lab sessions and videos also gave some good insight
I would recommend cloud academy to a friend.

The platform is intuitive and the modules are informative.

I disliked the tracker that showed other peoples progress. This was not helpful for my overall goals.

To understand AWS and Azures set up and dependencies

Awesome content with very well designed lab sessions

The lab sessions are pretty good. It gives me the confidence on what I'm learning and to practice my theoretical knowledge. The platform is very well designed with Auto save progress, progress comparison among colleagues etc.

I could not think of any because I tried some other platforms as well for my AWS learning but found CloudAcademy to be the best one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used CloudAcademy for my AWS certification preparation and it turns out to be exactly what I was looking for. It gave me the confidence before my exam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other platforms like Cloudguru but I found CloudAcademy to be far better than that.
Quality content with effective delivery methods
What do you like best about the product?
Very detailed content, effective teaching methodology. I have done AWS related content and it is very helpful. I liked the lab sessions and assessment modules as well. I liked the support team as they are very responsive. I did subscribe for an annual plan by mistake but when I reached out to Cloud academy support team for help, they immediately took action, converted my plan to monthly subscription as per my request and refunded my amount immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
In few scenarios, lab tests did not get complete and there was no specific information to know the root cause. For example I did went through the AI-100 course and tried to complete the practical challenge multiple times. I followed all the required steps in correct order still there is an issue. I submitted a ticket for the same issue and got the response that issue had been fixed but seems it didn't get fix for me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a technology professional but I did not have knowledge on Cloud technologies so I decided to work on this. I was aware about Cloud Academy as few years back I used it through my Organization so I decided to give it a try. It solved my problem of getting started with Cloud concepts and the benefit I can see now is my Cloud knowledge is getting improved as I progress towards completing more courses through Cloud academy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whether you are new to Cloud technologies or a seasoned guy, Cloud Academy can be reached out to upskill yourself. Along with Cloud related courses, they also offer good number of courses on DevOps and programming languages.

Labs and quizzes are very helpful consolidating learning
What do you dislike about the product?
The prac exams did not have online help. I think that these are really good but I had to redo one a couple of times which is fine but a little frustrating. I think I misinterpreted the question which I should have noted but it could have been sorted out with a bit more reference material. Sorry cant remember the exact details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking to increase my knowledge of the major cloud infrastructure providers. This is a one stop shop. CA also give me the opportunity to use most of the products at the cost of the subscription so it is cost effective.
I am also looking for certification by the major vendors. I am currently AWS SAA certified and working on SAP certification. CA has helped shorten the time taken to achieve this.
