Self paced learning with practical labs and informative videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard where you can see your progress through and assignment and the links out to expand your learning on particular courses. The hands on labs really help cement your knowledge.
The variety of topics available for learning is very extensive and I also like the way the the course content is regularly updated.
I did leave some feedback on one course, about it being to quick and I was pleased to get an quick response from the author and I did feel connected to them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think for some of the courses there are a lot of modules and if you cant commit good chunks of time to learning, sometimes the exams question can refer to topics you covered a while back. This is more of a time management issue rather than the course. However I swear I have had a few exam questions whose answers were not on the course.
The course updates are great, however I have had a situation where I had to leave a module partially completed and when I returned to it, some of the content had been updated so I had to revisit it. To be fair this just reinforced what I learnt and second time around I realised how much I had learnt from the first run. I suggest you see a module through once you start it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very occasionally I have had buffering issues on the video, but I have no idea if that is related my company's bandwidth or the Cloud Academy servers; I am in the UK.
These issues are short lived and and its easy to return to where you left off, if you pause and return to it later.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a fantastic tool for training your staff. Easy to use at home or at work; even on your mobile, allowing for self paced learning.
The content is exhaustive and up to date and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Helped me deep dive in to cloud platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The lab sessions helped to practice and implement what I learnt in theory. The instructions were clear enough that at one shot I was able to complete the lab sessions. Also for programming languages like Java and Python the quiz question standards are appreciable and helped brush up my basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Presenters voice sometimes are feeble or little monotonous that makes us lose interest in the session. This might be due to network issues or specific to few sessions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certification path. I am planning for AWS certified professional. I want to switch my career path to Devops. Cloud academy is helping me achieve the big goal

What do you like best about the product?
The learning path I followed in Cloud Academy allowed to pass my AZ 300 certification exam. Learnt so much: deep content, very very well done labs and everything worked like a charm. I loved the offline download of content. Was able to go through while traveling in the plane. The support team is also very responsive

The best thing is support. Anytime you can contact them and they will help us with our needs. ... When I had started learning i was thinking that how they have created such a beautiful videos. Believe me you will fall in love with cloud academy learning portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be disliked. It's all about your view. If you wanna learn no one can stop you but if you just wanna do it for fun no one can help. I will recommend this a the best cloud learning platform.
Only one thing .. They should provide students with scholarship on certain basis so that students who really need education can not deprive themselves from best quality product. Otherwise its fab !!

My team was in need to learn cloud academy. So I just provided them with the accounts. Believe me they are just doing awesome with their work now.
They were not even familiar with cloud technology and now they are mastering.
Lots of benefits... They learnt the cloud technology and also helped others to use it.

I will recommend it to everyone who need to learn about cloud services .... Not only GCP but also AWS and many other things too. Even startups can have this to make their employees educated about this cloud technology.
