PROTECTING MY NEW BUSINESS WITH EASE
I wanted to share my thoughts on VerifiedVisitors, as a Data Scientist myself I know it’s not often you find an AI/ML based system that works out of the box. As a new business, I knew from past experience, that I wanted to protect my site and my customers from account takeover and attacks which could take my site down, this is crucial to me as our business grows.
I found this product in AWS Marketplace and was really impressed by how simple it was to setup, in about 30 mins I had my domain connected to VerifiedVisitors and it was providing me with analysis of my web visits. It immediately flagged some suspicious activity on my login paths and I was able to quickly configure a mitigation for that key path and immediately saw those visits being blocked for me.
I think the company could improve their onboarding documents a little further (I know I'm not an atypical AWS user) to help me, and whilst their dashboard is functional, it could be laid out a little better to improve a new users experience.
In summary I don't have much time (who does?) so to find a solution so painless to implement, simple to use, cost effective and effective is unusual. I'd recommend anyone looking to better understand and manage online visitors to give this a try.
