It solved and reduced more time to visualizing the data and filtering the data. Qliksense done this with just a bookmark.

What is most valuable?
I like to develop steps in getting a solution for any application, and they have a lot of time, and the application is very efficient.
It offers good control.
Loading the logs is also a good thing.
What needs improvement?
There is room for improvement in some ways of increasing the power of visualization. The current visualization features feel incomplete compared to what's available with scripting tools.
The current visualizations feel limited. They lack the variety and richness needed for diverse applications. I'd appreciate more options for visually representing data.
More customization options would be very welcome.

It is a very stable solution.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is not complex. I didn't find it complex. There is Qlik Management Console (QMC) for managing.
What about the implementation team?
It's not complex, so it doesn't prevent anyone from starting to work with it. Just by being familiar with it, you can use it.
Two people take care of the deployment. It takes around two to three months to implement the solution.
It is easy to control and maintain.
What other advice do I have?
It is a good tool. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. I would recommend using this solution.

What is our primary use case?
We have a lot of customer types, but many work with ERPs. We use Qlik to connect to the ERP, analyze data within it, and build dashboards. Sales analysis is usually the first project because sales are crucial for every business.
However, we also analyze production, manufacturing, and even public administration data depending on the customer's needs. So, our main areas are manufacturing, finance, and the public sector.
What is most valuable?
It's the "ease of use," like the self-service aspect. My customers appreciate being able to analyze data on their own, without relying on IT for every query.
Additionally, the associative experience of the database and its intuitive data exploration capabilities are key features for users.
What needs improvement?
The reporting solution recently added to the latest Cloud version, since December or January, is not fully developed. The ability to use tabular reporting, like in dashboards, would be a great feature.
So, tabular reporting needs development.
For how long have I used the solution?
Since the product's origin - that was 2016.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Qlik Sense is very stable. I would rate the stability a ten out of ten. Even for rare issues, we receive good support from Qlik. It's a very stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability a ten out of ten. You can start with one user and easily scale up to even a thousand without limitations.
We mainly have medium and enterprise, though we also have some small clients. But in the Italian market, "small" and "medium" have different meanings than other markets. A typical Italian medium company might only have 10-15 users, while in other markets, this would be considered small.
How are customer service and support?
The customer service and support are responsive, not so fast, not always fast because there are some problems.
A little improvement is needed because there's a large first level of support with people who have no experience, and you need to escalate to get the right answer. So, the first level needs to be improved.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy. So, I would rate my experience with the initial setup a nine out of ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy.
The deployment model depends on the customers, like cloud, hybrid, on-premises private cloud, or Qlik Cloud.
Some prefer on-premises only, some hybrid, and some directly on the Cloud. So, all options.
What about the implementation team?
From the initial setup until the tool is ready for production use, the process takes about one month. Longer, some may even ask for more.
There are different phases for on-premises and SaaS deployments. On-premises requires infrastructure configuration and direct installation on customer machines.
For SaaS, it's very quick, and you can have your instance ready in five minutes.
The first phase is installation, followed by the analysis, specification, and system requirements definition. Then, we define the initial project to develop.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It is a little expensive for the Italian market. In particular, it's not easy. Right now, other products have more aggressive pricing, making it tough to sell Qlik Sense.
We sell differently, but it's not easy. A cheaper price would be better for us. Normally, Qlik Sense has two types and costs. The medium cost is around 700 euros per year.
One license costs 840 euros per year, and the other is 400 euros per year. Medium is around 700 or 600 euros.
What other advice do I have?
My recommendation is to use it. It's a unique product in the market due to the technical reason of the associative experience. This is a unique experience for BI products.
If you want a tool or a system for business intelligence, Qlik should be one of the candidates. It could be perfect option.
Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Easy to use and very reliable, end users can develope reports through available data source.

Should enhance Delta Loading. creates many file if you do daily load with bulk data.

users can create their own format, developers should create structured data source.
Comprehensive and powerful yet expensive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful data modeling and rapid dashboard delivery which doesn't require a data warehouse or data cubes in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool could be expensive and you have to pay separately for different capabilities. For instance have to buy addon for just the alerting feature. Similarly for a large audience or ability to publish the visualizations publicly could be expensive.

It should improve the way you can create reports and visuals, it still doesn't have the flexibility of Qlik Desktop or Power BI.

Qlik Sense offers robust data visualization capabilites with an array of value added products to complement, add if you add the user-friendly interface you get an awesome prodcut. The associative data model is also a plus that can lead an user to many differetn insights.

Sometimes, as a service admin, is hard to troubleshoot some problems with ease, but in the end with the help of the community and the Support, we can solve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our department we face many topics that could be an issue to us, fortunately Qlik can help with Data Complexity, breaking down Data Silos. Another thing that Qlik does well, is using the Streams to better segregate the BUs.
Qlikview: A Powerful tool for financial reporting solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for any advanced or intricate reporting / analytics that need to be done. High amount of features to make use of in countless different and creative ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other side of the coin; the intricacies of Qlikview gives it a steeper learning curve. It does not have the ease of use that Qliksense has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating highly intricate budget templates for annual use, far easier than if the people would've had to do it manually every year. Financial reporting is also made far easier in Qlikview.
