Easy to use, but requires good web design skills to get the best out of the product
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik sense has a clean, clear, wasy to use interface. It has a powerful engine to manipulate large data sets and can connect to a wide range of files.
It's easy to download and use charts created by other users.
It's much easier to use the charts produced in qlik sense in webpages than those produced by other tools.
Sharing dashboards is easy, however moving dashboards between work streams is clinky and time consuming.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the charts are easy to produce, the availible colour schemes in the dropdown menus are limited.
The limited number of squares in the grid layout can make dashboards look clunky.
Whilst there are a lot of options if you are willing to code the colours for sections of graphs or take charts into a webpage. The options for customising charts in dashboards from the standard interface are limited.

Qlik sense is easy to use and there is a lot of documentation available online. To make full ise of the product you will need staff with good html skills.
A detailed, though not easily navigated, analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik is a great tool for breaking down, visualising, and diving into your metrics. It offers a broad selection of different ways of subdividing and assessing your data, and is great for use when pulling together reports or presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming. There are many options and it isn't a particularly intuitive piece of software. As a result, it can be hard to navigate and sometimes I have trouble getting the data to be presented in the way that I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the process of analysing web visits, downloads, online sales and so on considerably easier and is a brilliant tool when compiling reports or presentations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a versatile and handy analytics tool. I would recommend spending some time getting to know the different features available before trying anything too ambitious.

Qlik Sense is easy to use for a end user and set analysis makes it also very attractive for a power user.

It's a but more expensive than our previous tool

We wanted to give power users a tool for Self Service BI. With Qlik Sense power user can answer more questions instead of asking the BI department.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its integration data capabilities, you can get data from almost any source you have. It can make great combinations of data and it gives you quick insights rightaway.Multiple graphics options, functions, aggregations makes Qlik a very useful app for BI and Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing costs might be a down, so you have to carefully budget your need. Focus your BI strategy and Qlik can be a very good leverage to improve your "datalization" in your organization.

We solved problems about products likes and disklikes, and we get our customers' profiles.

Find a good partner or vendor, and ask everything you need to know. Plan and focus on your BI Strategy and then, get in touch with Qlik Partner or vendor. About the tools itself, it is a very powerful tool and can give you good insights if you have the right data.Go for it!
Great for analysing of market daya
What do you like best about the product?
Qlikview is one of my favorite business analyse platforms. Because u can self decide wich kind of information u want to show, because of the many filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the interface, it was a bit old but that was not a big problem for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems that I solve with Qlikview are market related problems, like sales, rotation and promotion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If u need a good business analysing platform then I would definitly recommend Qlikview. Because of the many filters u can choose and set-up.

It's not easy to learn the tool. You need mulitple trainings.

The ability to incorporate Qlik Sense apps into our current web based system and mobile deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features of the pivot table for use in financial statements are missing... Would like to see more formatting options for the total and subtotal lines and to be able to have the totals at the top or bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to integrate with our current web based systems with easy authentication via active directory and better overall performance of apps.

Easy to set-up users with active directory connection. Great for integrating with web based systems and for mobile deployment.
Powerful Dashboard Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We used QlikSense as a data analysis and dashboard tool. Comparing to Tableau, I think both are very easy to use at the beginning. It has tools help you link different files, you can choose data source and create your new file on Qlik, link files based on different connections, and also create all sorts of charts. If you know basic coding, it can be more powerful to create logic in your charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Qlik is not as easy as Tableau regarding on deep dive the data. I would recommend take a training on it to release the full advantage. Also it’s not like Tableau that you can have text box anywhere on the chart to do illustration on one point

Dashboard is the goal of using Qlik. It supports live data connection so we can have updated information.
