Vendor Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all in one place. There are also learning materials available to use. Emails notifications are sent so vendor management tasks and deadlines do not fall between the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some navigation can be a pain. For example, you cannot become a collaborator for a vendor without a bit of back-tracking. dditionally, many of the modules come at an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contracts and notification deadlines in the platform is very helpful. Keeping track of important dates while having other job duties would be extremely difficult without the help of Venmider.

Best decision for our Vendor Management Program
What do you like best about the product?
We can customize and tailor the system to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We underestimated the time our staff would need to take to set up all of the parameters to achieve the customization we wanted from our vendor management software. The underestimation is not a reflection of the system but something we failed to factor in for getting the system up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems at this time. We are happy with the customer service received throughout the conversion and continuing support.

Plan what
Very professional company to work with, they make our Vendor Due Diligence process very efficient.

I like that it is very user friendly and that there is a chat session available incase I do have questions.

I don't like that not all vendors work with Venminder

The problems I am solving is that I am not wasting that much time collecting docs and I would consider that a benefit as well.

Anything that I have disliked has been resolved by their team. They are very much intune with their customer's needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend talking to them about training and doing a trial run. There is so much that their system can be used for well beyond standard due diligence, have a conversation with them, and do some training. Also, join their webinars and their Third-Party Thinktank which has people of all industries helping each other with questions on third-party oversight.

We enjoy the intuitiveness and reporting capabilities of Venminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to update the notification dates for contact reviewals or terminations from 6 months to the actual notification dates.

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Venminder, our vendor management program received criticizism during examinations. Venminder has given us the tool needed to organize our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to upload a single document at a time would be the only downside of the product.

Venminder helped us stay on top of when annual reviews were needed and when required documents were outdated.

Email reminders are very useful, and the overall interface is pretty simple to navigate.

I don't like that I can't rearrange the landing page, so that the items I want to focus on are at the top.

Venminder has allowed me to manage the entire Vendor Due Diligence program to a pretty high level with an efficient use of time for just about everyone concerned.

It is our third party risk management tool. We run an end-to-end vendor management program with it. It has helped us save time and perform work more efficiently.
