Venminder is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive and user friendly platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered material downsides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our third party risk management tool. We run an end-to-end vendor management program with it. It has helped us save time and perform work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Venminder provides various services that are often a daunting chore. They provide value and really are an extension of our vendor management team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While vendminder does provide quality updates to their portal, the net effect is sometimes adding additional work for existing vendors. A new filed may be added or a new oversight task is now needed and there is not an easy way to retroactively adjust the new functions for already established vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now doing quality ongoing vendor reviews. It isn't a rubber stamp anymore. We benefit from the various analysis services they offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage and update profiles when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always do what we want it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document collection and housing everything in one platform instead of multiple ones.
Venminder TPRM
What do you like best about the product?
When reviewing a Venminder report the high level of detail provided and references that can be obtained to know what I am looking at is well thought out and thoroughly documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any issues that Venminder has not been able to quickly address and remedy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Venminder has allowed me to outsource a large portion of our vendor management onboarding program so we can focus on other areas while having confidence that the work we receive is of the highest quality.

Customer service and tools are great. They go hand in hand and have brought awareness to gaps in our assessment phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything dissatisfactory.

Ensuring our overall enterprise process includes the risk assessments from my business unit before onboarding a vendor or finalizing contract content.
Works Well For A Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Risk Assessments save time. Venminder allows us to work as a team.

Our staff won't participate in Venminder training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are avoiding lengthy reporting and record keeping. We have saved hours.

Support from our account rep is terrific. The overall functionality of the platform is excellent. The platform is highly customizable and includes a lot of amazing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to navigate and find information that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Venminder is helping us keep our documents organized and stored off of our internal file share systems. Venminder has helped us stay on top of our Vendor Management program and get assessments and ongoing monitoring tasks completed on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Venminder is that the software is user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would have to say that I dislike is that there are times where I am unable to sign in or send an assessment to a vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for engaged with Venminder as our process was manual. Having Venminder, we are now automated, we have slashed our review time by 70%.
