- Managing roles and teams
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to search userbase in: Admin >> Users >>
Just a long list of usernames. If I need to find and manage a particular user, I have to use the browser's search function rather than an in-app user search, which is annoying.

Excellent security tool for keeping transaction and email viewing secure
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to "Trust" and "Not Trust" emails is my favorite feature for sure. This allows me to sort fraudulent senders from trusted ones and I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like the risk scores were sometimes a little deceiving or misinterpreted. Sometimes I did not understand why a certain risk score was given to a certain email. I felt like that section needs more feedback to give to the users as to why something is scored a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely solving the problem of organizing my secure emails and unsecure emails a bit more efficiently. By obtaining this information regarding the security risks a certain email poses, I am less prone to fall for phishing attacks or cyberattacks in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This app was extremely useful at obtaining information about possible malicious emails. I recommend it to anyone who receives a lot of spam mail or possibly infected emails that could breach a users security. As a daily Outlook user for both personal and work use, this tool has been of great use to me. Also, with the new SMS Authentication that Fraud.Net has rolled out, you will be able to verify the sender by sending them an automated message that will ask them to verify if they sent a certain email to you. This will make sure that you don't fall for any phishing attempts and keep your sensitive information safe. Get the Email Shield Outlook Add-in now! 10/10 would recommend this application!
Works great for monitoring payments
What do you like best about the product?
We run a human resource company which services large law firms and corporations. We have many timesheets, payroll and users to manage. After being conned by some fraudsters who submitted bogus invoices, we looked into Fraud.net. We use the service to authenticate users and payment requests. Working great for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It is easy to use and has many more capabilities than we need for now. After we focused in on the tools for our team, it's been working well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were conned by some fraudsters who submitted bogus invoices, and we lost some money. We have many timesheets, payroll and users to manage. Fraud.net helps us to authenticate users and payment requests.
A necessary utility in today's e-commerce world
What do you like best about the product?
Managing others investments requires the utmost security and trust. We cannot guarantee protection of ones' assets unless we are absolutely positive that our investments and properties are not fraudulent. Fraud.net allows us and our portfolio companies and clients to prevent misrepresentation of identity and inaccurate fund representation which allows us to solely focus on our duty to investors. This added relief has been greater than expected but more importantly decreased our time commitment towards fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once our fraud manager explained what all of the data meant; our ease of use with the product has been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity verification and fraudulent misrepresentation for investments of capital and processing e-commerce transactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy and fairly intuitive. Well worth sitting down with your fraud manager or Rep and having a "course" on the product.
Solid technology for a huge issue facing the digital industry.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Fraud.net client for quite some time. I really like how they continue to improve the platform to make it so easy to use. They take my teams feedback seriously and I really feel like they are our partner. Oh and also, it helped lower my chargeback rate. Some systems are rules-based and others are more focused on Machine learning. Fraud.net uses both strategies and is really on the cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of information Fraud.net provides back to me. I wish I had more time to look at it all because some of the data points seem really interesting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to get all our ecom clients to use the same metrics for fraud and fraud reporting. We had different data in different places and it was hard to make sense of it all. Putting it all together in one place was really helpful. Also, we wanted to make sure we were using all the tools available in the industry, so we made the jump to machine learning. There's just a lot of data that a computer can analyze that my clients can't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd make sure you are ready to upgrade or switch providers. This was a big win for my clients but, it did require some technical resources and testing. Fraud.net was great with providing a path forward, but just make sure you are ready to spend the time to get set up.
Providing us with great insights and savings.
What do you like best about the product?
We like how manageable and intuitive Fraud.net displays the complex data that their system collects. By itself, the data would be overwhelming, but the well-constructed design of Fraud.net and the help of the reps makes for an easy and enjoyable experience. Knowing the products services is crucial, so make sure to ask the very helpful reps all your questions!

Before speaking with a rep we were having trouble understanding what data was actully relevant to our company and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is most concerned with monitoring the quality of the traffic on our e-commerce website. Fraud.net allows us to legitamize our visitors and orders with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's benefited us tremendously so we recommend setting up a demo. Nothing to lose and lots to gain!
Thought we were doing a pretty good job. We were not.
What do you like best about the product?
We had only been using a handful of datapoints to flag suspicious transactions, so the ease with which we could gain access to hundreds of additional datapoints has been the best feature for us. The rules engine and dashboard is clean and concise, helping us make much better decisions and much faster than in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little time to understand some of the data for it to be meaningful for us, and for us to write rules with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud.net allowed us to add a multitude of checks and rules to help us catch more fraud and confidently approve more questionable orders. Quick ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend trying it out. It's been a no-brainer for our business.
