What do you like best about the product?
Madeline, our onboarding manager was most helpful at making content square useful and impactful for our business. After weeks of discussions, the analysis team also provided very helpful insights to feed into our website update.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very difficult (and took months) to get alignment from content square on our onboarding plan and case study. Due to this delay, we missed the opportunity to update our website prior to the peak season. Each team member of the content square team works to deliver their section of the onboarding experience, but there is little account management and cohesion across the teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to update our website and Content square is providing the facts/data behind how those updates should be made. Between the qualitative and quantitative reviews that content square conducted, we now have the information to move forward albeit several months late.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process has been beneficial and hands-on with our onboarding manager. They provide real examples of data you would be interested in for your website, and make sure you have all the tools and knowledge before letting you on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton of different analysis and data available, so it can be difficult or overwhelming to know where to start. However, if you learn the appropriate steps, you will be able to take it one analysis at a time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding our consumers and segmenting them into product users, new vs returning, etc has been extremely helpful as we personalize the website experience for each of them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ContentSquare platform is super helpful in identifying pain points with consumers on our website. The ContentSquare team, after implementation, was responsive and extremely thorough in their training. Our Onboarding Manager was always available to answer questions and set us up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was not ideal, as numerous contacts and people involved made the process cumbersome. Also, the initial onboarding courses were not as helpful as I had hoped. We had multiple sessions with a large group and then a quiz at the end that I didn't feel assisted in our learning process. It wasn't until we had the Onboarding Manager's one on one guidance that I felt more confident in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to understand how our consumers are interacting with our website and where there were areas to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of zoning analysis and session replays modules, especially when I want to go deeper into the analysis. It is super powerful to compare different KPIs or different site versions. It is easy to filter the session replay only to see what matters to you. In the zoning, the colors and data visualization are very clear. At a glance, you can better understand how your page is consumed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the product's complexity, it takes time to fully use the platform and get the most out of it. The mapping setup can require technical expertise and must be double-checked with the ContentSquare team to be sure your analysis is relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us highlight detailed insights/frustration/pain points or other critical interactions with our website that couldn't have been detected with another tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The training and the support are great. Each person in this company seems to be a rock star in his/her field! Very inspiring and helpful to make your teams grow. Everything is quite great: the tool and its fonctionalities, the product roadmap and the CSM support
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the access of the tool is quite pricey for small businesses. I would have liked to have more functionalities to analyze e-merchandising for small catalogs of products. The most difficult is actually to find time to use regularly the tool but the Professional Services are very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare enables our teams to prioritize their roadmap and to measure their actions in terms of optimizations. This is the perfect tool to model a more data-driven approach of marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
After the set-up, all data are easily trackable and available for analysis.
Another killing feature is the easiness and flexibility of customer segmentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Working in a matrix organisation, sometimes there's not all the departments are aligned on changes to the UI. We don't know when changes impacting the zoning or the goals are exactly done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is a powerful tool to shine data on real users' behaviour. Partnered with an experimentation tool, it can also effectively support the AB test roadmap.

Best tool to understand how users interact with your website

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ContentSquare for several years, a great tool to help understand how users behave on the site. It provides a vast amount of insights and metrics, all that you need for a thorough analysis. It is very visual, has a definition of each metric within the tool for a quick reminder, and I like the ability to export the data. The ability to integrate it with external tools is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes some time to get familiar with the tool to use it fully. It can be a little overwhelming and challenging at times, but once you start using it regularly, it's becoming your primary platform to get insights from. I found CS team and CS University to be very helpful when you need guidance and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience on the website. Great to discover quick wins that we can act on immediately and create hypotheses for A/B testing.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall CS live tool has been very helpful for people like myself who aren't specialized in GA, but can easily find it because we can simply click on elements on the page and get data.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside is that we have to get data on specific URL instead of a more general overview. It's hard to see product data on overall usage on product pages instead of just one URL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding where users are dropping off, seeing where users are clicking and understanding their journeys on the site from various pages
