Complex Tool with Potential to be Great

What do you like best about the product?
I use the zoning analysis tool the most. I love the compare feature in it. I also love being able to export the data to excel to aggregate the information over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is so complex, that even the Contentsquare employees don't understand all it has to offer. It's a steep learning curve, for sure. Needs a lot of hand on time with the rep for the layman to understand how to benefit from the tool. Hard to get stakeholders buy in since they don't have the time to fully understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS is helping my company solve which type of content resonates best with our online users. This knowledge and feedback to the Brand team help inform creative strategy and direction and, ultimately, affects the photoshoots and assets they turn over. The same assets produced for catalog, WS, OOH, etc. don't always resonate as well with the digital customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how help Contentsquares team is. Whenever we run into an issue they are there to help. Most of the platform is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there are too many steps to create Workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing how users interact with our content especially on the home page.

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare is super helpful to see what content customers are engaging with, their customer service team is always extremely helpful and responsive. Its a great tool to help see where friction points are in our customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
ContentSquare has some limitations to seeing some great PLP data such as revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare is enabling us to have a clear view on customer journey mapping which is helping us to eliminate friction points.

What do you like best about the product?
A must-have if you are a minimum focused on user behavior and data.

The accompaniment is of unequaled quality, it goes further than the simple use of the tool. Contentsquare becomes a consulting partner, helps to open the way and to gain inspiration. How to always interest my consumer more? How to always bring more intelligent features? Ask to Contentsquare!

A powerful ally, which can go much further than UX or CRO with imagination and a smart data structure. Humanizing data becomes possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, this comes at a cost. It only makes sense if the will to be data-driven and customer-centric is really present within the organization. If not, profitability may be questioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our digital team is fully internalized, so we know really well all aspects of our e-shop. And in spite of that, Contentsquare helped us to discover problems that we had not spotted.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy for anyone in the team to use with the data arranged in such a visually understandable way, and the Contentsaure team are always available to help with anything you need. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Contentsquare is so attentive to anything you may have trouble with that it's impossible to dislike anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow data to be more accessible to the wider team and give you visualisations which dive deeper into user behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
Whether you are working in CX design, UX design, or CRO, Contentsquare is the tool to use at the center of your methodology.
It allows having key insights and observations you would typically not be able to have without a heavy workload and resources.

Contentsquare mixes quantitative and qualitative data in such a way it redefines your way of working.
Key features are : journey analysis, advanced zoning analysis and session replays. They allow you to have a 360 view of what is actually happening on your website or application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of the tool is not the easiest with the initial mapping, and you need to have a good methodology to keep the mapping up to date.
It requires a lot of attention to guarantee your observations are accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is closing the gap between quantitative data and qualitative data. You can visualize the issues much better than a simple analytics tool such as Google Analytics. It doesn't replace qualitative research but helps you to maximize your time and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do lightning-fast analysis and get valuable insights at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial mapping requires a lot of dedication, and although the tool is easy to use at a general level, advanced knowledge requires considerable practice. However I know they are improving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps us to integrate qualitative and quantitative data on very specific products, it is very powerful in segmentation. Thanks to some concrete details we have been able to make decisions to improve business KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
On a conceptual level, I think Contentsquare is a good tool, for example the journey analysis, session replays, and the heatmap analysis where you can see scroll rate, click rate etc. for your webpages
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super clunky and difficult to use. Mappings were a nightmare to setup, and the platform is buggy. Implementation is really hard and I still have not managed to derive value out of it after 6 months. I feel a little misled by the sales teams who promised the implementation was a piece of cake (and I had stressed on this being important for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't know. Not much, caught a couple of bugs through the high frustration scores.

The training is quite long and doesn't provide me with the right information I need to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to deduce data from the tables/downloadable page analysis screenshots. The recently added funnel feature on Journey Analysis is extremely useful & ideal when looking at specific areas of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see data on the page analysis in a format where you can still see the page, yet numbers be legable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behaviour & aiding in more understanding of testing.
