Useful too to understand your users behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
You can do lightning-fast analysis and get valuable insights at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial mapping requires a lot of dedication, and although the tool is easy to use at a general level, advanced knowledge requires considerable practice. However I know they are improving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps us to integrate qualitative and quantitative data on very specific products, it is very powerful in segmentation. Thanks to some concrete details we have been able to make decisions to improve business KPIs.
Nightmare incarnate
What do you like best about the product?
On a conceptual level, I think Contentsquare is a good tool, for example the journey analysis, session replays, and the heatmap analysis where you can see scroll rate, click rate etc. for your webpages
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super clunky and difficult to use. Mappings were a nightmare to setup, and the platform is buggy. Implementation is really hard and I still have not managed to derive value out of it after 6 months. I feel a little misled by the sales teams who promised the implementation was a piece of cake (and I had stressed on this being important for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't know. Not much, caught a couple of bugs through the high frustration scores.

Visualisations of the data, really helps to contexualise the issues we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is quite long and doesn't provide me with the right information I need to get started.

Stakeholder buy in. User experience facts that help us prove the importance of getting it right
Great for A/B testing analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to deduce data from the tables/downloadable page analysis screenshots. The recently added funnel feature on Journey Analysis is extremely useful & ideal when looking at specific areas of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see data on the page analysis in a format where you can still see the page, yet numbers be legable.

User behaviour & aiding in more understanding of testing.

Contentsquare is an intuitive tool and it's fundamental to understand the user's behaviour of contents on website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to export the zoning's data into an Excel

User's behavior, content impact on the journey
The most helpful and easy to use analytics tool I've ever experienced
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and UI are both fantastic. I'm not a numbers person, so I struggled with some of the regular analytics tools and Contentsquare is by far the easiest and most fun to use. The insights we can get for page performance and merchandising are incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a lot of time to set it up and to get your mappings and zonings in the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and optimization. CS Workspaces allows us to track the performance of the pages used in our campaigns in a very user-friendly and straightforward way, and with CS Live we are able to action optimizations much faster than we could before.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of. Everything about the platform is fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
Content square has made ease for our teams to understand what customers are doing across our end-to-end experience, supporting our digital, category and marketing teams to access rich insight to help them make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say about the platform as we're driving a lot of value from it. One thing we haven't quite figured out yet is how to get the complete reporting for our app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before content we had a lot of data to tell us what was happening but we're now able to understand why it's happening and how customers behave and we use this insight to make experience changes.

Being able to see exacly how customers are interacting with your site visually in the live tool makes it so easy to inform your visual decisions

Some of the more advanced reporting tools can take a little while to get your hand around

Being able to balance cross department real estate on the site - the numbers dont lie!
Great, accessible tool
What do you like best about the product?
How accessible and visible it is, making it easy to jump into the platform and show colleagues the data
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard getting it set up with GA and making sure the numbers match, and therefore explaining this discrepancy to others in the business
