Great communication
What do you like best about the product?
I value the b2b experience with Content Square, as they're really good with keeping communication lines open. There's always somebody available to answer questions, offer advice, and share solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can say I dislike. The service at Content Square has met my expectations, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare have provided us access to insights to key areas of our website, on multiple devices. We have an overview of elements of the site that customers find attractive, and convert highly, as well as areas that require improvement. We're now able to make data driven strategies to improve revenue and user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Focusing on Customer Experience, this tool is really super user friendly, offers a lot of cool features and support is really super fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need time to investigate, how can those feature be applied on my level of business. But again, support is helping a lot

Analyzing CX and analyzing Behaviour at our page level. It helps to create Opportunities for the online business

The organization that needs before starting analysing.

The zooming analysis helps me fully understand the problems on a page.
Great to analyze and optimize Ecommerce journey
What do you like best about the product?
The zoning analysis is perfect for analyzing page performance easily.

I don't use the performance alert tool at the moment. I don't dislike it but I don't need it at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me better understand customer behavior on my website and the pain points I have to optimize.
Content Square is excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is excellent! As someone newer to product, I've found the platform very easy to learn and use in order to gain valuable insight into how our own customers use our own website. I'd highly recommend CS to anyone else who wants to learn more about customer behaviour on their own platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...all round i've found the platform very easy to use and no pain points!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS is helping me understand how, why and when our customers are shopping on our eCommerce site. It supports our analytical data and gives us another layer of information that we can apply to further understand our customers and improve our customer experience.
Great tool for insight
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is an excellent tool for insight; we have found it helpful across several teams when we need to validate insights from our other analytics tools, it also gives a different perspective on customer behaviour and is also useful for performance testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several modules, and sometimes it is challenging to keep up with the updates and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best things is that Contentsquare has a wide range of use cases, and therefore isn't limited to a particular scenario.
Visually stunning to understand customer journeys
What do you like best about the product?
There seems to be a tool available in the platform to cover almost any ask from our business about customer journeys. Also the way results are presented visually makes it easy to tailor your findings for different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mapping can get a bit messy, especially if your company regularly changes URL's so keeping on top of changes can become a challenge. The team helped us massively though with our initial set-up and are always on hand if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us understand our customer's wants and needs to deliver a digital platform that is easy to navigate and has CX at its core. This in turn allows us to encourage customers to self serve easier and free up agents' time for complex enquires.
Amazing tool for user insights!
What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is a fantastic tool for analysing customer behaviour and user journeys. The data insight received helps us drive change through the power of statistics. I find content square very easy to use and understand the data received. The zoning analysis feature is handy for pinpointing customer behaviour in a particular area of the journey, which helps with future optimisations. I also find the support received from the Content Square team is always super helpful and very prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for me, I think it's one of the best CX analysis tools on the market!

The thing I like best about Contentsqaure is the variety in evaluation tools while remaining simple and quick to use!

I wish there was a better/ easier way to compare App Vs mobile Vs desktop!

CS empowers us designers with data at our fingertips. Helping us to understand the actual customer issues and confirm our hypothesis confidently.
Powerful insight tool with easy to digest data and endless possibilities to improve CX!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows digital teams to easily turn customer behaviour observations into actionable and valuable insights which make a real difference to customer experience. The tool has all of the customer insights you could want in one place. The visualisation elements make it perfect for sharing with stakeholders and helping others understand. If we ever have a problem or question, the support from the team at Contentsquare is excellent and extremely helpful! I use Contentsquare daily in my role and cannot fault the insights we take from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a lot of manual set up at the beginning to get going in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying pain points in the customer experience and quantifying these focus areas.
