Excellent experience using the platform and support from the representatives
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows you to analyze data in a truly granular way. Considering these highly specific metrics enables you to optimize the user experience and achieve great results in terms of conversion rate. Another great advantage is the attention and availability of Contentsquare representatives, who are always available to clarify doubts and provide analysis insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the only suggestion for improvement, I would point out the development of the CS University section with even more examples of analysis and insights on the tool, perhaps also in Italian (but I see that you are already working on it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify pain points, optimize pages that are already performing well based on other indicators, and estimate the benefit of the evolutions we constantly make to the corporate site or the subscription funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to dig deeper into the data via the shortcuts, and how we can segment the data in all sorts of different ways. The visualisations bring the data to life so brilliantly, and the different metrics available in zoning analysis have given us a new level of insight we've never had before. The frustration score has also helped us identify customer frustrations that we weren't previously aware of, and the session replays are invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find creating and updating mappings a bit painful, especially as we're constantly adding new pages to our site. The recent updates have made things a bit easier though.
We've also had a few issues with our testing and analytics tool integrations. Sometimes they work brilliantly, and are so useful, but we've struggled with getting the data we need at other times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main analytics tool helps us answer the 'whats', but not all of the 'whys'. The insight we get from Contentsquare has helped us answer a lot of those 'whys' by showing us what customers are actually doing, and what the key pain points are.
Contentsquare is also helping us to analyse page performance quickly and easily (where it may have taken a lot longer in other tools) meaning we can see what's working and what isn't, and act on those insights.

Fantastic tool for digital insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love using journey and the new funnel analysis to look at customer journeys online. Zoning analysis and CS Live are also amazing for seeing what customers are interested in on the page (or not!). CS Live is so quick and easy to use, providing immediate insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workspace/dashboard option could be better - i find the current functionality quite limited. I would love to be able to set up a workspace showing key metrics alongside zoning analysis, journey analysis and links to session replays with high frustration scores for crucial pages on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows us to see how customers are interacting with the website and draw data-driven conclusions to inform experiments which aim to optimise customer experience alongside other KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing ContentSquare, has given the team the ability to be reactive within the business and leverage these insights to make more informed business decisions regarding the customer journey across key touchpoints within the experience.
CS Live, Zonings, journey analysis and session replay would be the favourites as this allows you to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for your business.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Contentsquare could be more user-friendly regarding mappings. It would be good for the team to have folders so that our team can easily find their mappings. As the whole business uses Contentsquare, finding the correct mappings that the team has created and are needed for the day-to-day business can be difficult and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for the business.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about CS is CS Live; you can measure changes in the Homepage, PDPs, PLPs, and also in the Checkout of our websites in less than 15 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main pain point about this platform is the look and feel of the page comparator feature. The numbers are tiny and when reporting, you have to copy and paste the data into an excel file.

CS helps us in many actions, mainly in optimize the conversion in our websites, avoiding extra clicks, optimizing spaces and giving feedback from models to different filters

How much more interactive the data is to use and digest.

It doesn't automatically know what I want to do and create things for me ahead of wanting/needing them. So it doesn't monitor my behaviours to see what I may want/need.

Allowing the business to understand data at all levels.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, I've found the Contentsquare University guided learning resource invaluable. It has helped me get to grips with the foundational skills very quickly and is easy to navigate back to when I need to revisit a topic.
I've primarily been working within the zoning analysis function, and love the ease with which I can switch views for KPIs. The visual reports have helped me communicate insights with teams that may not typically work as closely with engagement KPIs in an easily digestible way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new zones and snapshots for mobile devices can be a little glitchy. It can sometimes require multiple attempts to capture new snapshots, and it's not always possible to change the default zone name until after creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous one size fits all approach wasn't suitable for our customers. Contentsquare gives us a greater understanding of how to tailor our customer experience for each international market we trade in.

i see CS is more helpful to review the customer pain points and end to end journey analysis.

Content square has given limited access for funnel area.

content square helps us to find out the customer impact and revenue impact.
A great tool to provide the 'why's' around the 'what's'
What do you like best about the product?
Aligns really well with our tech stack, ContentSquare really compliments our 'what' tools to get under the skin of where our customers are engaging and where they are struggling. Easy to navigate user interface, lots of self-explanatory charts and the heatmapping is really intuitive, especially with the auto-heatmapping upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with Adobe Analytics are not seemingly straightforward. We've found it difficult to see data in Adobe with a ContentSquare link.. but this might be something on our side! Page mapping could definitely be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discussions in the business about how our user experience should look & feel, what should go where and what's driving the most value.

I love how visual contentsquare is, it makes analysis alot easier

I found setting up mapping most tricky, however the contentsquare team were always on hand to help!

I use contentsquare to analysis content on our landing pages and product pages, this helps to show what customers are really looking for and interacting with, we can then use this data to inform decisions
