Great insights made visual and a very supportive team.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate quite a few things about ContentSquare, but to name the two major ones:
- The insights are clear, comparable and visual. No need to do calculations yourself or create charts.
- The team is very helpful, always there to answer questions, help set up research and even serve insights to us themselves

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is big, and you need to invest some time to get the hang of it. Which is worth it because the insights are valuable. And still a lot more simple than GA ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare helps me understand how to organize content, how features perform and alarms me when technical issues arrise. This helps me in decision-making and presenting ideas internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how clearly Content Square shows what page elements that users are most interested in and how likely they are to convert after interacting. It allows us to make data led decisions to run tests to optimise page conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is it can sometimes be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our testing insights team to find areas of opportunity for testing and to help understand potential conversion blockages.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a visually appealing platform that helps me understand and make sense of how customers interact with our websites. We can spot hidden opportunities not always available with other analytical tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming to start due to the number of analytical tools and options available. A steep learning curve, however, training is available within Contentsquare University and Community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights provided help inform our design decisions throughout the product design process.
Great, actionable insights the whole business can use
What do you like best about the product?
CS Live is definitely the best part of the tool. It allows me and the wider team to conduct analysis quickly and efficiently, without loads of training. These are the insights that are the most sharable and appreciated by the wider business too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the navigation round the tool quite clunky, for example making or editing mappings and trying to use zonings which mean I have to ensure other elements are also in place.
I would also like to be able to save reports. It's very ad-hoc so I always am repeating analyses. Would be great if I could create a report suite of different anaysis I've already conducted i.e journey analysis with the conditions set.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing on-page engagement metrics is useful for digging deeper into our testing results. Being able to understand how people use the page and how they navigate is an extra layer of insight we've found essential.
Invaluable data at the tip of your finger!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Contentsquare now for the past two years, and in that time it has become an integral part of our CRO process! Not only do the team use the tool to analyse test performance, aid ideation and check and validate how users interact with our site in order to ensure users are faced with the best user experience. All data is available so easily in such a digestible format which also allows other users without a strong knowledge of the platform or a strong data knowledge to find data and interpret it.
The tool is constantly evolving to make the setup easier and the interface appears in a way digestible to every user. Like with any constantly evolving platform, there are sometimes bugs within the tool. However these are always solved in a short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare is invaluable to my job and many others on my team. Because I use it constantly day in, day out I often do pick up on the tool being slow, laggy or buggy. But as mentioned above, Contentsquare are constantly deploying new things and evolving the platform so this is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows all users to take data-led decisions with confidence no matter what level of analytics knowledge they have. I truly believe anyone can use Contentsquare to find user problems on their site. There are so many places to dig and so many ways to dig further allowing you to truly get to full picture of the users journey and where the problems and pain points are within their journey.

Ability to find and visualize user journey pain points or, alternatively, successful site engagement trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual manipulation of widgets limits the workspace dashboard creation options. I'd love to see more drag-and-drop capabilities or appearance customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiding and simplifying the annual and quarterly data review process, making it much easier and less time-consuming to find hidden insights that show value in data and improve the user experience.

ContentSquare helps the company and me to improve our platforms and share valuable insights with the stakeholders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably there's a lot of manual effort before seeing the results and making the tool show the data. Sometimes we skip working with CS because we don't have the time to properly set a specific mapping or any definition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us qualitative insights and is very helpful when numbers are not enough to understand behavior.
Great Value - consistent data, easy to onboard, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Data consistency, quick implementation. Great Customer Success Team, very proactive and italian speaking. Benchmarks are very relevant for fashion and luxury industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is relatively high compared to competitors, which may represent a barrier to entry. The platform requires dedicated people with good analytical skills and mindsets, but if a proper team structure it is worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is complementary to Google Analytics by giving additional metrics and insights. Sessions' replays usually are very helpful in confirming hypotheses. Website content's engagement and fruition is immediately easy to understand, as well as main paths (i.e. checkout steps) and users' frustrations.
A go-to tool to understand your customer behavior on your website!
What do you like best about the product?
The features including zoning analysis, journey analysis, and session replay, cover all the analytics needs to understand how users interact with the pages and navigate themselves through the pages. Using the features, page comparator and site overview, is also efficient for monitoring the site and page performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting I can think of - it is a very user-friendly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is time-consuming to wrangle the data that needs a lot of bandwidth from the engineering/data analytics team. Contentsquare is accessible to users from different backgrounds, making site optimization more manageable and efficient.

Contentsquare allows marketers to analyze pages at a high level and granular level. You can see how a page performs in its entirety and from a component perspective (e.g., CTA button). Marketers can analyze and compare specific elements on a page to understand how users interact. This level of detail provides marketers with test ideas backed by data. The breadth of metrics that can be measured also provides beneficial insights. Contentsquare is our go-to tool for site optimization. The Contentsquare team is very supportive and enables our team to take full advantage of the tool to achieve our KPIs.

I have noticed some inconsistencies when comparing Contentsquare data to other data sources like Google Analytics.
