Amazing Tool for Insight and so easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is so easy to just go in and get insight. The tool allows us to get really meaningful data and information about our user journeys. If we ever need validation ContentSquare is always able to give us this. The whole team are content square are beyond amazing especially Conrad willing to help whenever! Overall a really easy tool with unique metrics you don't always get from other tools, easy to visualise your data. Really like the fact they have lots of content and webinars events to attend aswell. 100% recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Content Square.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to understand why something has happened using content square to find out why this may be for e.g. we see conversion drop so we use content square to see what we can find. It's a great tool to just go in and do a deep analysis across any area that we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Contentsquare, if your looking for an easy way to get that extra piece of insight. Content Square is great at helping you find out the WHY?

Fantastic customer insights from behavioral patterns to conflicts on a page

What do you like best about the product?
So far I'm obsessed with Contentsquare for not only gathering metrics from past A/B and Experience Targeting testing but with all my insights even before testing. I've shown stakeholders why a particular change will or will not be beneficial, where spots on a page are going cold, or even learning where visitors are confused by our page flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Being unable to compare one device against another device side by side is a bit of a headache.
2. Mapping is complicated for an average user, even with Admin access. It causes a lot of grief.
3. Not being able to go back very far date-wise since we are mapped only back to May 2020.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep dive analysis in place of Adobe Analytics that is rather limiting and difficult to gather the full wants by our stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Zoning analysis is my favorite sub tool for not only seeing a page at a macro level but also going down to very specific CTAs or hyperlinks. 2. Being able to check specific visitor traffic flows from an entire page or an individual component makes CS very versatile. 3. Heat mapping is a bit wonky right now but very, very useful regardless of the slight quarks in data fields

What do you like best about the product?
clear and intuitive reports. the comparison between heatmaps. the possibility of inserting events from the interface. technologically advanced and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
integrations with other analytics tools, which I have not been able to fully test. a high cost that takes away from a large portion of interested parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how users interacts with website contents. behaviour journeys explain. troubleshooting. techinical errors

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Sessions Replay which were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give me all the features like which we have in TLEAF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used clicktale for analyzing customer issues which gives me enough points to troubleshoot the problem effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just compare all feature with TLEAF.

What do you like best about the product?
The session replay allows you to see exactly what experience the users were having whilst on your site, which is extremely useful when conducting investigation into errors
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare doesn't allow you to freely add more users to your account, instead you have to submit a request and wait for an account to be created. This is annoying when you have to go through multiple training sessions and pay for the software, you're not able to add more people as you please
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use what are called 'sunburst diagrams' these show the exact journeys customers take on our website. We are then able to adapt and change the site to suite the exact needs of our customers which helps drives people to the checkout and increase conversion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the 'timemachine features' this allows you to see how your site looked on a previous day, and tracks all improvements made

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare really cares about their customers, this is unlike any other tool I've ever seen. They help you to increase the quality of your analyses, are always available for help and support, and organise all kinds of events to bring their clients together to share learnings.

The tool itself provides you with unique metrics, easy to understand visualizations, and easy access to insights in user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot assign roles to certain members of the team (edit / view / admin)
Sometimes the interface can get cluttered since you see all mappings, segments, goals, and zonings from all your team members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce the time we spend in meetings, because we can easily get the data for things we are discussing and take out opinions
It gives additional insights into the actual behavior on the website - why are our visitors dropping out, going back and forth, etc. It helps to give more insight in your data
By showing the conversion rate and revenue per click for each element, it really helps to convince different stakeholders of the importance of certain elements and helps to prioritize the required actions as a result

Get in touch with them, set up a demo, speak to other clients that have been using the tool for a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the greatest platforms that helps you in giving the best on your site. It makes you aware about what people are looking in your site and gives you the idea of their requirement.

This tools' working is really cool so I like it a lot.

It has got heat maps that allows you to know when and how much customers are coming and visiting your site. It makes you aware of all the demands and helps you build discounts and promotions for them.
