- Impact quantification report to measure the impact by segment and evaluate A/B test result
- session replay help investigate user behavior or friction points
What do you dislike about the product?
- Journey analysis can only be shared or explored via image; I hope it can be switched to sankey chart where the majority of user flow by page is more apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Contentsquare to measure content performance and user engagement that help keep optimizing site page and content.
CS is at the heart of our UX data-driven strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like to compare segments of different users based on both analytical and transactional data. Measuring business impact of having more people in segment A or B is pretty valuable for feature prioritization. Basically we can improve every single page by understanding what component is seen/clicked/etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 3 months of data (it can be extended by subscribing to the 12 months option)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Classic analytical tools tells you "there's a problem". CS is telling you "what's the problem".
Great tool for understanding user behavior
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is quite user friendly and doesn't require an extreme amount of training to get value out of it. We had teams across merchandising, marketing, and product/UX leveraging the insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found an alternative tool that we felt did a similar job on user research, but outperformed in find/fix functionality. Our biggest problem to solve was related to site issues and stability, so this became our trigger to switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leveraged ContentSquare to understand customer journeys throughout the site and to identify issues we needed to resolve to improve Cx. It was also used for new product research.
Fast and powerful insights to your customers interactions
What do you like best about the product?
Graphic represantations for most use-cases and in-depth analysis available with just a right click (in most cases).
Also the product updates in the last couple of months (since I have been using it) seem to be really close to customer requirements and further increase the ease of use.

What do you dislike about the product?
User Segmentation is only possible at a reasonable level in connection with other 3rd party applications. Some more integrations would be very useful for many users, i.e. HubSpot or Google Analytics 4
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing our website and making the online ordering as convenient as possible for our customers
Great platform for discovering additional insights!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare makes it easy for anyone in the team to derive additional insights and look into page performance without the need to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CS university tutorials could be improved with case study tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows us to easily look into the performance of pages and journey and highlights user frustration points.
Contentsquare review by a D2C ecommerce brand
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the upsides of Contentsquare are the intuitive frontend, far-stretching analysis capabilities, and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get acquainted with all different facets of the platform, and it's costly for relatively smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously with Google Analytics we weren't able to thoroughly analyze all different touchpoints and segments in and around the customer journey.
Contentsquare is a great tool for UX insights
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoning analysis feature, particularly the Snapshot feature, is excellent for analyzing creative quality over time and during A/B tests. Being able to show other teams exactly what content looked like on a given day and how it performs relative to other content has helped make the creative optimization process smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting data for more than one Zoning analysis can be time-consuming. For example, if you want to compare zone-level performance across multiple pages, you must duplicate the process for each zoning. The Page Comparator feature lets users compare the performance of multiple page groups more quickly, but it is at a page level, not a zone level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps solve user experience issues and improve the website. Specifically, it helps diagnose user flow problems and points of friction on the website that can be optimized.
Dynamic and friendly platform for Analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
This platform/tool is very friendly and dynamic to review Analytics, I like how it provides insights for our customers journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, I haven't found anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand if the components such as videos, images, call to action buttons are helpful to the site, if they actually lead to sales, customers etc.
Based on this we can actually have a useful site and get to best practices.

Super helpful resource for web analytics
What do you like best about the product?
So far, the functionality works fine; maybe as I am more involved in my duties, I might come up with an idea of what they could do further than what they already have.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it just look like I need to become more familiar with the platform, but looks promising
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can trace the engagement of our webpages which allow us to understand our areas of improvement to reach our registration target.
ContentSquare Virtual Training Sessions are GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
First, I want to thank Alexander, Josh, Lauren and Bradley for these April sessions, they were so I had already used ContentSquare in E-Commerce in the past, but these refreshments were very helpful. The new features look awesome! They did a good job of explaining all the main features of ContentSquare, and detailed the new uses. They were very pedagogical and we were able to ask many questions in the chat. Thanks to Alexander for leading these sessions. It was very interactive at the beginning and the little quizzes allow us to participate.
ContentSquare is a very user-friendly platform. The interface is offering so many zoning possibilities, you can review your performances and analyse your KPIs. It's great to figure the customers' journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
These Virtual Training Sessions don't allow to meet or discuss with the other participants of the meeting, we are very limited on zoom, probably so that there's no overflow and that we are well framed, but was disappointed that we can't exchange. Apparently there were only about 20 of us from what I understand for the Americas meetings in April.
Only negative point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in Ecommerce in a cosmetic company, I'm using ContentSquare to analyse the customer journey, the heatmap, the modules that performs well, those that didn't, and after we can ab/test something else or change some copy or using different strategy to bring the website more attractivity.
