What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I love most about Contentsquare is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and the visualizations are incredibly helpful in presenting the data in a way that's easy to understand. The platform is also very flexible, allowing us to track and analyze a wide range of metrics and behaviors, from click-through rates to scrolling speed.

In addition, Contentsquare's real-time data capabilities have been a game-changer for us. I can see in real-time how changes to the website are affecting customer behavior and quickly make adjustments to improve the experience. This has helped us stay ahead of the curve and make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.

I highly recommend Contentsquare to any business looking to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior and optimize their digital presence. Whether you're a small business or a large enterprise, Contentsquare has the tools and capabilities you need to drive success!
What do you dislike about the product?
The english certification courses are great. However, when joining the course in another language with my fellow work colleagues, I realized that the quality is not consistent. While the english ones focus on "why to" with specific case studies, the other focus only on "how to" with simple explanation. I think for us it is really important to understand the motivation for using one tool rather than another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its advanced analytics capabilities, I can see exactly how customers are interacting with our site, where they're struggling, and what's driving their engagement. This will be great in helping us optimize the user experience and drive conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
CS, it is really an easy, useful and intuitive tool! We have implemented so many optimizations thanks to the insights collected with zooning, journey analysis and impact quantification
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, especially CS live, it takes a long time to load. I also find it a bit annoying that journey analsys cannot be saved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS allows you to identify friction points in the user journey and promptly implement corrective actions--> Accurately analyzing the performance of each components through zoning analysis allows you to identify opportunities for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
- Provides good context to data from other quantitative sournces
- Segments are very powerful to analyse granular data patterns in user behaviour
- Saves time on setting up tracking on every posiible element on the site
What do you dislike about the product?
- Challenging to have roll up C- suite level reporting in a multi-market set up as the usual set up is at the domain level
- Would require a sound statistical understanding to get reliable insights out of the segments being compared. Does not raise SRM alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Allows us to identify friction in the customer journey easily
- Session replays help us uncover potential causes of friction that we may not have thought about or noticed before

Session Replay, it really helps us find pain points to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 30 day limit to session replays, I wish it were unlimited if possible.

Identifying potential fraud through session replay activiy.

Contentsquare enables me to find data, build a story, and turn that story into actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need some user experience work, but overall it has never stopped me from using the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COntentsquare is solving the problem of what the customers and segments are experiencing on pages. This enables me to hypothesize and be more productive as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a very powerful tool for managing the requirements of my job as a digital data analyst. I'm able to view all our brands, across all our regions, and switch among them easily. The modules and individual tools provide clear answers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a steep learning curve at first. This is my first time using a tool like this, so I didn't have much to compare it against. However, this is not something that should stop someone from using Contentsquare. The capabilities are worth the time they take to learn and then some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can capture, analyze, and report e-commerce website data, which I can turn into valuable information. The ability to create workspaces and save regularly produced reports makes things all that much easier and quicker, especially when sharing with my coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
The journey chart is really my favorite features, to better understand the different path user take on our website
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish maybe a way to put in parallel the quantitative data we received thanks to content square with the qualitative data we produce from user interview etc...

We save so much time by having a simple one stop shop for our user insights

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for non-technical marketers. It's flexible to create different goals and segments. Intuitive to analyze user journeys and onsite behavior to drive insights into marketing or product development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyzed Insights have to be documented on a different platform. The ability to start a project and store insights per project would make the platform way more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyze which pages are the most important ones for visitors with specific goals.
Analyze which journeys are the most frequent pages where for visitors with specific goals.
Be able to use data to prioritize and back up development stories.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing the journey and behavior on certain pages, makes it much more understandable for people when you are presenting your findings.
The metrics about hover rate, engament and so on give you a nice overview of several types of behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really great. The different features give a good all around overview. Maybe for someone who is not used to the metrics, the learning process at the beginning can take a bit of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're learning more about how our user are navigating in the website and which pages can be optimized.
