Great customer support and product
What do you like best about the product?
- I like the customer support. They have taken a lot of energy and put it into ensuring their customers are happy and successful.
- I have also had success integrating IntelligenceBank's API to automatically share content in a mobile app (Ram Dass Be Here Now)
- API was also used to do a transfer from another DAM into IntelligenceBank very quickly; we transferred the raw data of 23,000 resources with attached metadata in less than 72 hours.
- They use Amazon S3 as the storage source which makes uploading and downloading a breeze.
- Our team has found it to be extremely easy to use compared to the last DAM we were on.
- Every day the DAM is used by our team and so far every issue has been resolved with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a technical person on staff to be the Administrator, you will be relying heavily on the customer success representatives to assist you during the initial first few months. This is not a knock on the platform at all, but it is very modular and there are many ways to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Social Media Content generation (using it like an archive to pull old content out and make into "fresh")
- Storage and organization of important resources
- Populating the content for an iOS/Android app and using IB's CDN to deliver quickly around the world
- AI tools in the future will be used to generate transcripts + descriptions of hundreds of hours of undescribed content

Great Product, Even Better Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank's platform met all our requirements and more. However, above that though is their Customer Service. We have received exceptional service throughout the entire stage of this project from sales to onboarding, implementation and then BAU. From Go to Whoa everyone has been prompt and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the graphics of the platform can be a bit more vibrant? Not much more really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised DAM system for all our finished assets.
Easy and Straight Forward
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I need is in one place and I'm able to edit in the site rather than having to install extra software to get the job done. On here, it's all intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any issues with the software or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to source all the things I need from different places, it's all in one place, and it allows editing in the website.
It has been great as a user to find and download assets.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the search feature and the customization when it comes to downloading. It is easy to use and pretty fast to download. It was easy to learn how to use the system as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could auto remember my usual preferences on downloads (I always use png in web format).

Finding a single source to find all digital product assets.

IntelligenceBank is a simple enough platform
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank is an easy way to keep all our marketing assets in one place. The search function is thorough and downloading the pieces is nice with multiple options.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with our IntelligenceBank is not the platform itself but more how it has been set up for our company. It is a relatively new system though so I'm sure that, with the ease IntelligenceBank affords, it will continue to be worked on to make it work best for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that the future of IntelligenceBank for our company will give us the ability to update pieces in the platform to have more autonomy and to take some of the workload off of our creative team. That would be exceptionally helpful to our local marketing teams.
Good platform for storing digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
Many options for exporting images, including resizing and cropping and easy to navigate as an end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited by the skills and effort of the individuals who run the database you're accessing, so there are likely more things the database is capable of doing than you're aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had multiple platforms in which digital assets were stored and now we are attempting to store them all in one.
Fantastic DAM for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to search for assets, no matter where they are on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Intelligence Bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank has solved the issue of asset being scattered around or just saved on individuals desktops which has allowed us to get the most out of our assets.
Streamlined approval and documentation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the streamlining of approvals and documentatin that IB has enabled for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a power user and do not have any major dislikes at this point.

Documentation of approvals across multiple marketing channels.
Excellent User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to understand and useful user experience platform. Quick & responsive customer support.

No direct dislikes to report on my usage.
