It does the job, but room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
– It houses all our digital assets and is great for brand management
- The interface is modern and clean
– There are frequent updates/maintenance
- Our account manager is quick to respond
– It's easy to use for the most part so very little education was required for users when we launched
What do you dislike about the product?
– There's no alert when you upload a file that already exists with the same name, so you end up with duplicates. Not helpful when you're doing a bulk upload and need to do a search for every single file in advance to make sure it doesn't already exist. We need to supercede previous versions instead of having a mix of old and new, so for that reason it doesn't seem very intuitive when it comes to version control.

– It's often slow to load asset thumbnails. We've tried everything our acount manager said to help things load more quickly but even just loading the preview thumbnails for a folder of assets can take minutes.

– Reported a bug very early on (something that once worked but stopped working suddenly). There was technical support initially but they couldn't work it out so the helpdesk stopped contacting us with updates and the loop wasn't closed. Same thing when we wanted to establish a form and workflow – support waned and it was forgotten when we switched account managers.

– The reporting and analytics are really very basic. I do wish we had more set up support initially because I think reporting and other features would be more robust if we'd done a better job at the set up stage.

– There are a few other small quirks that I'm sure will be ironed out at some stage, like how you can't drag and drop when uploading a single asset, only for bulk uploads. That sort of thing can be annoying when you have a complex folder structure to navigate so drag and drop would be a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All digital assets in the one place and accessible to the whole company. Easy to search for assets with its advanced filtering and search capabilities. Previously we just had folders upon folders on a shared network so this is miles better.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share content easily internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integration with our marketing automation platforms, meaning less visibility on who is viewing our content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising our marketing content, and feeding the latest content to our Sales team at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IntelligenceBank offers a very competitive rate for the features they offer, covering off the must-haves. The product is easy to scale-up with as your business requirements change.

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence bank allows you to create easy-to-use surveys across multiple departments with customised options for specific departments with a hierarchy review element. The data is easy to collate for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be issues with attachments during the review process but are easily rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to survey all accountants in each department to highlight any accounting issues or process flaws, which allows us to escalate or resolve if required.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up rules and user functions. Easy search method to find what you are seeking. Good cloud-based tool with the ability to collaborate with many users.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs were discovered during implementation. Limitations to the workflows and rules used to create more specific processes. Not flexible. Lacking options for some user roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us so that there is one source for all digital assets and communications used between multiple teams and permission roles. Benefits are; improved search function to find the document or digital asset a person needs promptly. There may be future benefits with the utilization of the API that we have yet to explore.

What do you like best about the product?
Having access to all my product images, logos and brand materials in one spot.

Sometimes find it hard to jump from folder to folder.

We have a lot of creative assets and so it helps bring everything into one place for ease of access.

Solid Digital Asset Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank is an intuitive enough software with all the features you would expect to manage creative workflows within a product and marketing organization. Support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation could be a little bit more streamlined, particularly under the "Admin" tab. For example: the "People" and "Manage Users" sections are under separate menu items in the "Admin" dropdown. Those could probably be merged: I don't think I have ever successfully navigated to the "Manage Users" section on my first attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very geographically distributed organization and had a hard time managing our creative workflow (from licensing all the way to use in digital ad campaigns) before Intelligence Bank. Things run a lot smoother now.

Great Digital Asset Manager (DAM)

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and organize the files into folders. It helps to keep content files not only contained but with the latest version available, becoming the single source of truth - especially valuable for global organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using this software is that it requires a strong internet connection to upload videos, and it may take longer than usual to upload it, mainly if compared with the speed of loading a file, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for the organization is to have a single source of truth (SSOT) content to avoid miscommunication between the areas and the use of the most recent available files. The ability to share URLs and keep those URLs updated with the latest version of the file is also very beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having a plan and structure to organize the folders, tags, and relevant fields for each asset that will be added to the platform for easy filtering.

What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank has a sophisticated tagging system that can be adjusted and catered specifically to our needs. It's super useful for finding photos with particular people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was no upload limit on the files. There are small bugs here and there, but the team is on top of updating it so that it is working how we want it. One feature I would like to see in future updates is facial recognition to make tagging more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have finally been able to organize our photos in a smart and sensible way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way to organize media if you are a high volume Marketing department.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using IntelligenceBank for about 4 years now, and I'd have to say the ease at which I can create and tweak form templates is my favorite part. It provides you with different types of entry fields that you can drag and drop to reorganize. Because we mainly use IntelligenceBank as a data repository, being able to easily create new registers and tweak old ones makes the solution very useful. The ability to export data quickly is great, as is the ability to apply filters to each register to quickly find the specific entry you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk importing data from spreadsheets can be a frustrating experience. There have been multiple times where I get unexplained errors and have to do smaller, bite sized imports rather than a more convenient large one. I am usually able to find work arounds for these issues, but it can be time consuming and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank is great as a data repository. It solves our data tracking needs. We currently do not use the built-in dashboard capabilities, but there are ways to create and export reporting straight from the IntelligenceBank solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used IntelligenceBank as a data repository mainly. For this purpose, I would recommend it, though I also know that the solution has more potential than my organization is currently using it for. The IntelligenceBank team has showed me how to use their solution in different ways, like managing marketing resources and creative portfolio management. If these were needs that my organization did not currently already have a solution for, we would have discussed using IntelligenceBank for those.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the onboarding process was great. They showed great patience with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pacific Time zone created some difficulty with getting all our affiliates (U.S. East Coast, Tokyo, Singapore, Hamburg) on one call. BUT...IntelligenceBank worked with us and we shared the pain of early mornings/late nights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to easily share creative resources and assets across the globe without any issues of time zones, vacations, and waiting for email response time.

Know what it is you want to do with this software and have your assets very well-organized before uploading.
