A fabulous digital asset management system!

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so easy to use. I love how I always know that the asset in the DAM is the final asset. I also love that you can use metadata to search and view a large number of assets for a kind of audit view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options to make sure are clicked on or off and sometimes the jargon can get confusing. A simple click of a box can solve a huge problem, or cause one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no question about what version is final and it has helped cut steps out of our marketing library posting process. It is quickly becoming our single source of truth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a plan for onboarding the software outside of your design team. Roll out in segments, not all at once. Spend dedicated time setting up your folder structure and meta data from the start.

Intuitive Platform and A Must for Clients

  • April 05, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and clearly laid out platform. Great download and upload features. Good to review requests and bulk upload assets. This is the first time using something like this, but have had very good communication and assistance during setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing to do with image editing, limited feature to edit and download at different DPI's. More technical features could be added during updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great platform for clients to log in and self-serve their requests with such things as simple as photos and logos. This saves time requested through Creative Services.

Intelligence Bank is a great platform but not for every business model

  • April 04, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Tagging, search functions, ability to transform images, folder sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance speed, DAM layout, inability to download folders, limitations when selecting assets (150) and uploading assets (500) these numbers need to be raised!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency of the way we organize our data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to make sure that IntelligenceBank has all the features you are looking for in a DAM before signing on with them. They offer a good DAM system, however, our team quickly realized that features were missing that our employees needed to enhance their workflow. IntelligenceBank was kind enough to work with us and roll out new enhancements to try and improve our user experience.

There's nothing I dislike about this software, it's super easy to use and has everything we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an asset management system that was visually pleasing, had the ability to co-brand documents and had analytics where we could see what assets were being used the most.

Not the best for Front End CDN users

  • November 24, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to manually transform images in the html code base is a big help. I use this feature exclusively for all of my public links. It is a nice timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little clunky at best. Feels like they have tried to cram too many features in without investing the time and effort into the UX experience. I use the platform exclusively for its CDN feature. The work flow for this part of the product is clunky and is the slowest part of my overall work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use intelligence bank to host all of our public-facing images for our website. The benefits we see are that the delivery network is quite fast. And stacks up well with its competitors
