Fantastic customer service delivering a transformation to our marketing processes
What do you like best about the product?
The entire setup process with Intelligence Bank has been seamless. We were provided with expert and dedicated customer service by Intelligence Bank employees who were always trying to understand our needs to set up the DAM in the best way possible. In terms of the software, the tagging and filtering opportunities are a game-changer for me. It has already saved me so much time and I know that we are future-proofing our marketing resources and processes by utilizing the DAM in this way. The software is very robust and has been molded perfectly to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole, I can see no downsides to using Intelligence Bank software. However, depending on what kind of storage solution you currently are using, you may need to be ready to make some adjustments to your processes. For example, Intelligence Bank has no 'drag and drop' ability similar to Dropbox or Sharepoint - i.e., everything has to be tagged with filters and further information (the amount that this is necessary, however, is customisable). This makes it a great solution for assets but can sometimes be frustrating when you want to quickly share something with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of drastically improving our legal compliance approval process with the help of Intelligence Bank. We have realised how much time we can save on our end (marketing team) in submitting assets for approval but also the time of our compliance team, who now have one central point to visit to review and approve marketing materials, as well as provide comprehensive and specific feedback within any document. Furthermore, we have realised that Intelligence Bank can be a central source of truth for what has been approved, due to the thorough audit trail and formal approval process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend others to use IntelligenceBank. You are in very capable hands and there is a great possibility that your marketing processes will be made highly more efficient and seamless.

DAMS Software is very user friendly and has great features which definitely makes are life easier
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is nothing that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DAMS is used to store digital assets and then distribute it to the whole organisation
Pros and cons of using IB
What do you like best about the product?
They have API connector for custom developments
What do you dislike about the product?
Their proactiveness to overcome any situation on the project management can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're having a unique source of truth for all our imagery
Super Simple and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about IntelligenceBank is that it is super easy for our partners to use and find the materials they need to be successful. It does a great job at keeping everything organized and professional looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't really like is that the implementation process was kind of all over the place. Web2Print templates are also hard confusing to upload if you didn't make them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a word press site for all of our partner-facing content and it wasn't the easiest to navigate. With IntelligenceBank we can update content easily, add videos, and so much more that we couldn't have on the word press site. Also partners can register and gain access to the content right away on IntelligenceBank. You can also share links to your content with people who don't have access to the site which is great because if you have a newsletter or site people can click that and get the content. They also have a co-brand feature that our partners really like. It makes the content more personal to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IntelligenceBank is a great Digital Asset Manager. They are willing to work with you to make sure all your needs are met and assist with anything you need.
IB shows flexibility and customization in early deployment phase.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support has been hands-on, and the onboarding phase has involved lots of questions, back and forth, and guidance. Multiple members of the IB team have been in nearly a dozen meetings with us as we prepare for launching our environment with complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting our existing assets transferred over was a significant hassle. However, this was more the fault of our old system than IB's. Also, their new AI facial recognition has some unexpected limitations and will require lots of front-end setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a messy system for managing our photos in the past and struggled to sort and tag everything properly to be easily searchable. We are excited about the possibilities of IB's metadata structure, including the use of multiple layers of data (not just tags/EXIF), which should make it easier to drill down into specific properties, programs, and image types.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone looking to change DAM systems, know it will require a lot of time to clean up your existing assets. This is essential to setting yourself up for success after the transition. When you get further into implementation, be sure to ask detailed questions about your particular use case. Each implementation is unique and working through your situation on the front end will make a big difference.
Good software system that has room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot to offer. Auto-tagging, bulk photo uploading, facial recognition, filtering options, catches duplicate photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a bulk re-naming feature after the initial upload. The facial recognition is not perfect and has to be corrected at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The facial recognition feature will be a great benefit. Working with release forms to indicate specific photos can be used or not is very important and a great benefit the way it's set up. Global keywords are helpful to keep things consistent. Being able to see related photos is good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Onboarding staff is great.
Great tool for managing photos and brand materials
What do you like best about the product?
We've come a long way since we began with IB and continue to enjoy its functionality and ease of use. We're about to begin implementing templates, and are eager to meet with our rep about his support in doing so. I still feel IB's support is one of it's biggest selling points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Presently, there are no real dislikes to mention that haven't been addressed or are in the process of getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are definitely solving the issue of "where's that photo" and "does it have a release." Those are two that we've struggled with at my company, primarily because my own team members over the years haven't loaded things into our present system properly, tagged things or bothered to link photos with releases. Intelligence Bank is really helping us set a good pace for loading in our assets, giving us some best practices are for doing so and making sure we're working towards the end result. I think the best benefit has been our rep so far and the relationship we have with her in regards to setting goals and having questions/issues dealt with quickly.
We're about to begin the template use and look forward to testing it with our company.

Marketing Executive
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty well organised, and you have the same image available in different sizes, which is quite useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is very slow in general, also very slow when uploading new assets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising all of our marketing and digital assets for two brands in just one place
Good help desk and overall functions
What do you like best about the product?
The service when using the help function is great, timely and always very helpful and patient. Fast at uploading large images, and good options for bulk uploads/editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot view both folders and assets at the same time in a folder, only one or the other. I find this really odd and annoying to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to store/organise assets, and for filesharing with stakeholders (internal and external).
Used quite extensively at Peet
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple to use, and there's ample storage for our teams
What do you dislike about the product?
No (or pricey?) integration with with our website CMS (Sitecore) which would help if serving as a content server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An online repository for all our marketing collateral. All team members have access to all assets ever loaded, and they are easy to find
