What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank allowed us to find efficacies in managing our brand assets. Prior to IB, we were housing our marketing photos, collateral, and graphics in a google drive which was not effective. This platform has enabled us to organize, monitor, and supervise the creation of digital assets and create a process for approval that was quick and reliable. For multiple locations in our company, it is easy for us to communicate branding guidelines across locations and make sure the brand is being used correctly.

The entire team can use the system with ease, we've had a lot of positive feedback from everyone on the team with how easy it is to use. It's saved us countless hours and headaches in our marketing process. Even the customer service and platform support has been helpful whenever anyone on the team has a question about a feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of ways to customize IntelligenceBank, my recommendation is to take your time with their account executives to really understand what you need with your company. They are quite a few features that they offered and it could be overwhelming if you don't communicate that. They will help you find the right fit for you and help build out exactly what your team needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we just wanted a tool to be able to organize and manage our digital assets. We shortly realized there were quite a few benefits of having a more tailored platform that IntelligenceBank offers that their peers do not. We quickly upgraded as our team grew to avoid headaches down the road.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of options and configurability available out of the box led to our decision. The platform is diverse and flexible to meet a multitude of applications. The interface is intuitive and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of control from an admin perspective to configure the user experience is a detraction. We want to control every filter and option available to the end-user and this is not currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making marketing assets searchable and consolidating resources into 1 solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When reviewing DAM solutions, IB is a solid choice due to its flexibility and ease of implementation. The support team is amazing and really cares about their clients. We are glad that we decided to work with IB and are happy with the service.

What do you like best about the product?
I reviewed more than 10 different applications to suit our company's need for a DAM and it came down to IB.
They allow custom pages using bootstrap/css etc which makes it amazingly easy for us to organize content for multiple audiences. It also allows you to set a default view for users, whether it's a directory view or list view or other. The search is wonderful and when

it's a bit confusing initially between user permission, groups, folder permissions and roles , but once we got in it started to make more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need a system that can handle multiple file types to communincate to internal teams and share a portal to external users.

The best Marketing Software out there!

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the many features, my favorite is the streamlined feedback system which integrates with the adobe suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet discovered a feature I don't like in the IntelligenceBank software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I have easy access to all digital assets in one place. It's almost like having a digital asset manager employee. This decreases burnout because creatives can focus more on creating and less on small tedious asset management tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank will allow us to tag and sort all of our creative assets for optimized usage throughout the company. It will help make employees feel more empowered in locating and using our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will have much better version control, access to correlating photo releases, and easier file transfer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They've made some great additions to the bulk upload tool, which is very helpful.

Great Features, Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
The ease-of-use and flexibility that Intelligence Bank offers within the platform. Love having the ability to customize pages and areas within the DAM to suit specific needs and teams. That, coupled with how easy and intuitive the platform has been for end users, has really helped prove its value. Love how well thought-out the UI is around the tools available for each asset. It’s well organized and grouped.

Users have remarked at how easy the system is to use, often taking to it with very little instruction or guidance. By far their favorite features are the download presets and image cropping attributes. The ability to adjust an image's copping on a preset and export to numerous file types has been extremely helpful and has saved numerous requests into creative services for that type of work.

The customer service at Intelligence Bank has been outstanding. They have been a great partner, answering our many questions, listening to our feedback, and always being there to offer assistance if needed. We are a very hands-on, DIY organization and Intelligence Bank has been extremely patient and supportive of our desire to run with things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is so robust and so flexible, it might be more than what some firms need. While there are certainly off-the-shelf options you can utilize, and Intelligence Bank’s team is a huge help, smaller firms/teams without much skill or interest in dealing with “under-the-hood” options might be overwhelmed. There are also a lot of bolt-on options that cost extra, so you really need to understand what your needs are and what you’re paying for upfront. The nice thing is that they’re easy to work with and are super-generous when it comes to making sure you’re satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love how easy and intuitive their UI is. The robust search and filter features have helped make finding assets easy for users. The customizable template feature has allowed us to cut down on simple creative requests. Everything about this platform has helped us tremendously while teleworking - from sharing large asset files across teams to having one online instant access location for everyone to go to for things.

What do you like best about the product?
This software seriously organized everything for me. Simplified my assets, and turned them into tools. I spend less time trying to find things, and more time making moves. Love it and will recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
They customized everything for me, so there’s no reason to dislike anything here...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, communication between multiple coworkers, no more back and forth. It’s a one stop shop that I can literally work from all day to get approvals, and cross off everything on my checklist in half the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize client facing portals is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features, like a workflow integration, that would be helpful to have. The interface could be more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, but I'm sure that will come with time and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large-scale client organization, as well as a way for our clients to see what's going on "behind the scenes" without seeing all of our company guts.

What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank allows us to fully customise the asset filing system and filters in a way that suits our business needs. The searchability is also a standout, having previously used a computer filing system which required manual searching of documents. Lastly the team at IntelligenceBank have been fantastic in their quick and helpful responses to any queries and their interest in hearing feedback and ideas that come through our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The InDesign connector has some limitations, as heavy users of this function we look forward to the fact that these are being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our files were in subfolder upon subfolder on our business network. Housing them on the IntelligenceBank system has allowed us greater reach when searching and we have rediscovered many valuable assets that have been tucked away over time and through staff transitions.

What do you like best about the product?
We are just getting this off the ground and launched as it stands, but I will say- the system is very intuitive and has a lot of options that others could not replicate.

A few of our top favorites:
-you have a set number of "seats" that you can allocate according to your business need, so you can move them to different admin levels/groups as needed. Most other DAMs only allowed for a set number by permission group.
-There is a project management tool that can integrate, which other DAMs didnt offer that we are looking into for year 2+, but that was a nice feature as well.
-They offer a public portals for guests to view assets where we needed public visibility without a sign-on and registered user (Tech specs and product information type of assets).
-There are no limits to the number of groups we can create
-We can EASILY emulate a user's experience to view what they see and QA groups/permission settings for assets they should be seeing or should not. This wasn't available in several DAMs we vetted and the ease of which you can use this feature is great- total time saver!
-All in all the price was fairly comparable to others, but you can choose more alacarte options to make it fit your budget
What do you dislike about the product?
These are a few of our top issues/dislikes at this time:
-First, a collection link is NOT dynamic (i'm being told this will be in the roadmap and rolled out this quarter, though). So, for instance, if you add a new asset to a collection and that person uses the link they already had, it will not populate the newest assets after that. We're hoping this rollout happens soon so those static links show dynamic assets in collections.
-Reporting/analytics is pretty basic- don't expect a ton of bells and whistles or graphs, but you can try to work around and get info you need. Would love to see a user engagement report (ie who is logging in and using the tool, what asset is viewed or shared the most- it only shows downloaded) etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working remotely during covid and sharing assets digitally- gives one place for all our assets to be stored. no more on-premise server! we like that we can view asset data to see what our top pieces will be and to know if our time investment is worth it after we've shared it and can see the download activity.
