Flexible and powerful when set up correctly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the administration powers all being web-based, the flexibility of creating your own structures, and required fields. The layout is fairly intuitive, and the share functions flexible. The preview panels are large and easy to navigate. Customisable metadata and folder icons make navigation easier. The support team is relatively quick to respond and sort out any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had users report differing speeds and slow searches on windows machines and using Microsoft Edge. There are limitations to working on files through plugins not necessarily apparent until you try using them. We optioned our pack based on designers' experience and keeping working files out of the DAM prior to making edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit is having a single source of truth for assets for the company and sharing to other departments or external sources. Tagging and editing data that doesn't exist on the files in the standard MS server settings, including extra information. Working remotely and having files accessible for the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
IB are more like a partner than a service provider and the tool has made us more organised than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had to work through some network performance issues but the IB team support has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater efficiency working with agencies and much better visibility of work in progress.

Well worth including IB in your consideration set. They're a great option for most organisations.
Helpful service, a lot of services and features our organisation doesn't need.

Helpful support from staff. Very modular and can be customised to what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow when loading. Can be overcomplicated with all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our project photos. Being able to find project photos in an easy and timely fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some features are overly complicated and some the name does not reflect the purpose. Like how groups determine permissions, but groups are different to divisions.
Experience with Intelligence Bank DAM
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Intelligence Bank's DAM is the ease of bulk uploading and bulk data adding. You can add keywords to multiple images and make bulk changes, which I find really helpful and a lot easier to use than my previous DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be an easier way, but the only thing that I dislike is that you can't select multiple images from different folders, you can however select and add them to a downloads folder - but sometimes by habit I will select multiple and click out and realise I've lost them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to remove all our digital assets from our general W drive, which was taking up a lot of room, we are also able to data manage all of the images a lot easier, and we can also have archived folders to keep images safe but not in use.

Its worth getting more information to find out if this product is right for you. It has helped our organisation a lot.
Great solution to manage and collaborate digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
Overall it is generally straightforward SaaS based product to use. Colleagues who are not necessarily very digitally savvy have found this DAM product very easy to use and made their jobs easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UX aspects of the platform are rather annoying, the way you have to manage user permissions and the set up of "groups". In addition the building and management of custom pages could be significantly improved.

Ability to manage the review and licensing of digital assets.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little 'slow' to load/respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes communicating with our Board members very easy and efficient. Has saved a lot of time in printing and distributing hard copies of documents.

Housing all of our documents on platform, enhancing our compliance controls. We have increased project visibility for reporting. Streamlined our workflows & processes.

This software will markedly increase our capability in marketing, across thousands of users and campaigns. I recommend chatting to the IB team about how they can help.
Fantastic customer service delivering a transformation to our marketing processes
What do you like best about the product?
The entire setup process with Intelligence Bank has been seamless. We were provided with expert and dedicated customer service by Intelligence Bank employees who were always trying to understand our needs to set up the DAM in the best way possible. In terms of the software, the tagging and filtering opportunities are a game-changer for me. It has already saved me so much time and I know that we are future-proofing our marketing resources and processes by utilizing the DAM in this way. The software is very robust and has been molded perfectly to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole, I can see no downsides to using Intelligence Bank software. However, depending on what kind of storage solution you currently are using, you may need to be ready to make some adjustments to your processes. For example, Intelligence Bank has no 'drag and drop' ability similar to Dropbox or Sharepoint - i.e., everything has to be tagged with filters and further information (the amount that this is necessary, however, is customisable). This makes it a great solution for assets but can sometimes be frustrating when you want to quickly share something with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of drastically improving our legal compliance approval process with the help of Intelligence Bank. We have realised how much time we can save on our end (marketing team) in submitting assets for approval but also the time of our compliance team, who now have one central point to visit to review and approve marketing materials, as well as provide comprehensive and specific feedback within any document. Furthermore, we have realised that Intelligence Bank can be a central source of truth for what has been approved, due to the thorough audit trail and formal approval process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend others to use IntelligenceBank. You are in very capable hands and there is a great possibility that your marketing processes will be made highly more efficient and seamless.
