Makes finding everything so easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about IntelligenceBank Digital Asset Management is the ability to bulk tag and edit items. If you are looking for photos that all have blue sky's, make sure you bulk tag them all, then you will find what you're looking for in a matter of minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, there is nothing that I dislike about IntelligenceBank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the issue of using too many man hours and billed hours to find specific photos. Now, when we picture what a photo looks like, we type a few things into a search bar and the photo appears, no more wasting time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I totally recommend using IntelligenceBank. It creates an ease of access to all of your assets that is unbelievable. They also provide top notch customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The filterability of the assets is the most helpful aspect of the tool. And the proxy-based folders that prevent needless file duplication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to only upload 100 assets at a time, as well as the upload speeds-- although that doesn't really have to do with the DAM itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More organized structure of assets and streamlined workflow between different departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best to use when storing and organizing assets that are accessed by different departments by different levels of authority at different times. Really helps keep everything together and helps all users find the appropriate assets where things are always moving and changing. Helps admins manage proper access to assets easily.
Amazing DAM w/ various capabilites. Still ironing out some kinks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to export out web-quality images from high-res images stored on the DAM. This has streamlined our web team's process of gathering images with appropriate specs for our website. I also love that you can control the visibility of images so that we ensure that no unedited images accidentally start circulating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you can't yet export out multiple images at a time. Hoping this is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our assets all into one place has been a game changer. Before, our assets were all over the place - various hard drives, servers, and cloud storage systems. Now it's all under one roof and easily searchable with filters and keywords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give plenty of thought to the keywords and filters you want to grandfather into the DAM. This will greatly streamline finding your assets.

What do you like best about the product?
While we are still in the implementation stage, we like that there will be one truth to our files and the ability to easily search through the thousands of files in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too early to say as we are still in the early stages of implementation but from our trial, the cropping tool option is great, but the resize presets are not very intuitive, we can foresee a lot of frustrations within our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Intelligence Bank, we were using Google Drive to store and share our assets. This was problematic as we weren't able to auto tag our assets and had multiple versions of the same file depending on permission settings. This was very time consuming, and had a high risk that people were using the wrong file if a folder was not updated.
New to Intelligence Bank and Enjoying the Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a team who is constantly dealing with a multitude of image assets that are both incoming and outgoing, we needed a solution that would act as a single point of truth to help us effectively organize the volume. What we like best is how Intelligence Bank allows you to search for assets through tags, filters or following our file structure. This is a major time saver and allows us to work smarter and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cropping tool, along with the cropping presets are not as intuitive to use as it can be. We wish it would be a more seamless experience as it is such an advantage to have that tool built into a DAM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one point of truth for all our visual assets that can be accessed by the whole team from multiple departments and by our outside vendors. Intelligence Bank allows scalability and will serve to be a strong resource even as our team grows and evolves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intelligence Bank has great/patient/understanding customer support from the get-go and in an environment with so much software competition, this has really stood out as their strength.
Excellent Storage and Search Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tag and filter to be able to achieve precise search results. I like how easy it is to download photos, and having a preset to crop or resize photos is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main reasons we went with this system is its ability to connect with InDesign. When the Adobe Connector is working, it is very helpful, but the connector isn't very reliable. I've been working with the Helpdesk, who has also been working directly with Adobe, to fix this issue. I also wish that I could add or bulk edit more than 100 images at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for images within IntelligenceBank is much less time consuming than searching for images on our server. When the connector is working especially, our proposal process is more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IntelligenceBank is a great tool. Make sure you are aware of how it fully integrates with any other software you are using.
Versatile DAM Platform with Great Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use when configuring Groups and Permissions for a broad range of users. Both Internal and External to our Organization. I also like the flexibility this platform provides us with configuring our own Data Model that is specific to our Organizations assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any dislikes through our Organization's usage of this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization was able to solve our needs of a Centralized Asset Repository. One that was desperately needed, due to the various, scattered Asset repositories our Organization had. This approach greatly improved our users ability to focus on task assignments, rather than to spend additional time to search for assets.

This software allows me to quickly manage all the digital assets of the company, allowing online annotations and making approvals in a timely manner and being able to see the behavior of the clients in real time.
This software is excellent since it also allows me to have the capacity to develop the whole system, using in a simple way all its functionality for the commercial needs of my business. I can create the necessary number of folders to use, I can change the names of certain functions and move things so that the platform is configured according to my needs as a company.
I can say that this software has an interface that at Visual level looks perfect. Intelligence Bank allows us to customize the pages, in order to give our company a sense of belonging. It seems to me to be a very good and almost complete tool, guaranteeing an optimal performance in my business.

There are certain small things that I do not like, for example from time to time there is a system error that does not allow us to solve, but once we get in touch with technical support, these are resolved, there are also things that need some research to discover them over time.
Otherwise, I have nothing to say about things that I do not like. Even so, I am very satisfied with this software and its customer service team.

This software has allowed me to optimize most of the processes, even IntelligenceBank allows me to know in real time from the comfort of my mobile to know what is in store, and look for it quickly in order to share the information by means of email with the Sales team in case the product has not been touched for sale.
To be able to use this system I can say with property that we have been able to save a lot of time and money simplifying many steps in the processes, we insist that you try Intelligence bank that surely you will not regret.

Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and we are finding new ways to utilize it all the time. It works great with the different workflows of different teams within our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small quirks in user design that if fixed, would make certain processes much smoother. But as of now it doesn't hinder from the usefulness of the DAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing assets between teams, and cutting down on time when finding specific assets.
