Reliable Backup with Seamless Google Workspace Integration

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Druva Data Security Cloud for its simplicity and reliability. Its endpoint backups for local and remote users, VMware VM protection, and Google Workspace integration work seamlessly. Setup was easy—just follow the instructions and your infrastructure backup is ready to use. I also appreciate the smooth integration with Google Workspace, keeping our data secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Druva could add system state-level backups to create golden images for endpoints and enable full OS and data restore remotely. Adding patch management and vulnerability checks would make it even stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Druva Data Security Cloud for backing up endpoints, VMware VMs, and Google Workspace. It solves data protection challenges, reduces data loss risk, and ensures quick recovery.

Central console has simplified multi-region deployments and now supports quick customer insights

  • January 11, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I use Druva Data Security Cloud's centralized management console for managing purposes. Since I am from the sales team, I generally do not use it directly; my engineer uses it, and I have never heard a complaint from them. The console is fairly simple, console-based, and web-based, allowing you to handle deployments and manage multiple geographies from the same position while obtaining crisp data when customers request it.

What is most valuable?

Druva Data Security Cloud is used with AWS cloud and is public only, with AWS serving as the backend infrastructure. The customer never receives billing for AWS, as the customer receives billing from Druva only.

From my perspective, Druva Data Security Cloud is a mature product that uses AWS backup as a backend solution and is available on AWS Cloud. This product is mature, and we do not need to hesitate about it, as it has wider acceptance in the market.

AI-driven analytics in Druva Data Security Cloud help to optimize data security by providing correct suggestions and prioritizing action. Given the amount of data security products available and the sprawl of information and tickets that get raised with various concerns that come up, AI is definitely necessary to drill down.

What needs improvement?

In future updates, I would like to see more AI feature functionality in Druva Data Security Cloud, as that is definitely one of the improvements needed.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with Druva Data Security Cloud for three and a half years or more, as I got introduced to it at the same time.

What other advice do I have?

I am familiar with Druva Data Security Cloud, which is the software being discussed.

Druva Data Security Cloud has been purchased through AWS Marketplace.

I am overall satisfied with the license and cost for Druva Data Security Cloud, as the pricing is important and definitely makes things easier for our clients.

I am from the sales team and generally handle the top-level sale, but my team has completed the deployment for 11 locations in one day, which is fairly simple.

I would rate Druva Data Security Cloud an eight on a scale from one to ten because there are better solutions available in the market in terms of security that give a better stack. While this product is good, when discussing the overall stack of the company, I believe there are other solutions that are much more available.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Outstanding Support and Effortless Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service with Druva has always been amazing, we have been customers for many years and continue to use the Druva platform because of it's ease of use and is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Druva is the license model. The costs are directly related to how much data you are backing up, which for a company that keeps data forever can become expensive quickly. Flat fee licenses would be better for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Druva platform primarily for backups. We use it for backing up out end user laptops as well as servers. It can backup almost any type of data, SQL, Exchange, M365, File Servers, VMware, etc. The flexibility has been great.

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Druva provides a reliable Data backup platform that has been very beneficial when members of the executive staff have had their devices stolen. we were able to get a replacement device along with their data back up and running in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
our environment is very unique and we have had a few issues with activation on company network as well as some workaround that needed to be implemented on windows based PCs for syncing. after that everything has been working seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
druva is giving us a extra piece of mind that if we have not yet sync with the could we have that local backup to revert back to or pull important data from if we need to.

Effortless Backup Management with Druva

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Druva makes it easy for us to manage the backups. It's easy to navigate and pretty much a set and forget for the most part!
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of wish there was a solution to tie into Atlassian to back our cloud instance up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mainly solving the Microsoft backup while being able to keep costs low and not have to worry about extra fees when restoring data
