Awesome technical support!
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is dedicated to customer success! We needed to do a bulk deletion to clean up our Druva instance, but it was time prohibitive to do this user-by-user. Druva developed a script for us that resulted in a dramatic time savings!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced very few issues, but one inconvenience we noted is that its not possible to include an employee ID number with each user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Druva to back up all of our users' data from their workstations. This allows us to restore data in the event of a catastrophic loss or modification of a user's data.

Really great experience with the Druva Cloud!
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud platform is robust and extremely secure, the AWS backend makes it run smooth and without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a bare metal backup feature which is missing right now, also there's no option to backup on prem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my job much easier by securing our data and performing healthy backups, so we can really depend on Druva for any serious situation.
Super Product, easy setup, dependable
What do you like best about the product?
Low administrative overhead after setup. Silent configuration. Comprehensive backup system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time, or I haven't had reason for cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immunicable backups, We need backups that cannot be changed after they're taken for Ransomware protection.

The Support and the implementation have been really smooth and easy.

The GUI takes some time initially, there's a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us not spend much time on on-premises and physical backups anymore, the cloud protection is easy on the mind as well.
Peace of mind data protection
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use deployment. Support is a quick turnaround and very knowledgable. They have a large product portfolio which can cover a variety of solutions for backup and replication.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this point. The product works as advertised and is straightforward to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote site backups of both physical and virtual servers. This replaces the need to use on-site appliances with cloud replication. All while being in control of your data in the cloud.
Druva has been a great fit for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
The Web Console is very easy and intuitive. I am able to look at an overview of all our products and endpoints with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything i dislike about this product.

This product is helping us with the backup and restore capabilities needed for laptop endpoints and M365 Email accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessing the portal and its services is simple and user-friendly. It backup the data smartly without interrupting any agent.

There is nothing to dislike about Druva products.

Other backup solutions are available in the market with multiple challenges and the only product that fulfilled our requirements is Druva.

It is extremely easy to use and navigate.

Sometimes solving support tickets could be a email instead of a meeting.

It is helping us save a lot of money on preventing on-premise costs and management overhead of our IT landscape.

I love that I always get quick responses and help from the support team whenever required.

The ticket creation procedure could be a little more streamlined where I don't have to go through multiple windows.

It is reducing our on-premises hardware investment and IT efforts, so we don't need to focus on that in house.

What do you dislike about the product?
2FA can be improved, especially the integration with Azure AD SSO.

It is a single place for managing and monitoring all O365 backups. It protects from Ransomware attacks and it is one of the key elements in our Disaster recovery and business continuity plan
