Drive success with Druva! ~ and keep an eye on storage ~

I like the user interface of the platform and it is easy to access

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a couple of support tickets that didn't reach a resolution by the Druva team and was resolved my in house technicians testing. Could have been new support agents in Druva
Druva has now re-worded the 'unlimited storage' feature since it actually is not unlimited for current customers with the unlimited storage as part of the agreement. Just keep in mind that since it actually is not unlimited, you need to stay in a certain threshold of storage utilization to be in good standing with Druva and receive more licenses.
They do not tell this to you until you run over the threshold.
Keep in mind the terms of your agreements..

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product acts as a backup and data recovery solution for our company that is providing ease of use for end users as well as administrators for keeping in compliance of data retention policies and performing data recovery.
Druva is a great backup platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of administration and adding new datasets. Implementation was very fast and customer support was a great help during the intial setup. The new features added to the platform align with our wishes for the product so that's been a great surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for Dynamics 365, which is in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost efficiency for backups. Being stored in a different cloud from our production workloads.
Druva gives us Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
In my view, the ideal tool is one you can set up once and then trust to run smoothly without constant oversight. That's exactly what Druva has provided for us. With a large user base and a small IT team, our time is extremely valuable, especially when it comes to managing systems and helping users recover from their own data mishaps. Setting up data backup for our GSuite services was straightforward, and it has continued to function reliably ever since. Whenever we've needed to restore data, the process has been quick and trouble-free. So far, I haven't encountered a single instance where an employee lost data in GSuite and we couldn't recover it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many negatives to mention about the platform right now. It's straightforward to use. My only minor complaint is that I would appreciate more comprehensive notifications when errors occur, but this isn't a major issue for our particular use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva addresses our need to back up all of our cloud data within the Google Workspace suite, including Gmail, Google Drive My Drive, and Shared Drives.
Druva solved our Office 365 data protection needs
What do you like best about the product?
Druva allows us to protect our user data easily and reliably. Implementation was easy and the products integration with our environment is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data protection of our O365 environment.
Microsoft 365 backups and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to perform MS 365 backups and restorations so effortlessley is great. One of my favorite features is their scheduled reports as it helps me and my team stay updated with relevant information. Everyone on the Druva team is great, from our Customer Success Manager to their support engineers. The team is knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. I'm extremely satisfied with Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to backup Microsoft 365 Exchange,OneDrive, and SharePoints with a "set it and forget it" solution.
Great Enterprise Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is intuitive and simple to use. No advanced training required. Restores are quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preserve license model can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint and O365 backups.
Quick and painless Druva installation.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull backups from several available dates can be very helpfull. Working inside the dashboard is faily easy and straight forward and the restore process is quick and painless. Rolling out the backup agent to the on prem servers was easy and without hassel. We had a few issues but support was quick to get these resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our situation lack of native support of older Server OS devices pro longed the full implementation for a bit of time but the work arounds have worked without issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is helping us resolve a out of date and almost non exsistent DR plan for our company. Our old backup solution was not fully implemented and our DR plan was lacking any true structure and ability to recover quickly Druva should resolve these issues.
Great Backup Tool for M365/Gsuite
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it's the only way to backup Google Workspace right now. It also integrates very well with M365 and has new additions to backup Azure and Entra ID, including computer objects and distribution lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to create permissions for managers to be able to look back in previous employee's emails for historical reference points. Essentially the only way right now is to give them admin rights which allows them to see everyone's emails. Other than that, great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to backup our M365 environment eliminating the stress of on prem backups. The new Azure and Entra ID backup is great and has saved me several times.
Great Product and Super Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The product runs great and the support is super resposive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment was easy to setup and day to day is just as easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve the backing up of our Microsoft 365 systems. It elimited the issues we were having with backups failing. So far Druva backs have not had any failure issues.
Druva has been an integral part of our backup and recovery plan.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Druva for the last several years and have seen the technology get exponentially better and more advanced. I like how engaged they are with thier clients and how easy support is to get answers and resolutions. It is a super easy solution to use and was very simple to implement into our systems. We use druva with a frequency of 24/7 365 as it is our main backup solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of at this point is that I wished the integration with Azure was faster, some things can be protected but the number of features to make it a complete solution for Azure is just not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Druva is solving for us is being our main backup solution for ofsite backups, as well as securing our data with the ransomware protection.
