Really happy and thankful to Druva
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I always get quick responses and help from the support team whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticket creation procedure could be a little more streamlined where I don't have to go through multiple windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing our on-premises hardware investment and IT efforts, so we don't need to focus on that in house.

What do you dislike about the product?
2FA can be improved, especially the integration with Azure AD SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a single place for managing and monitoring all O365 backups. It protects from Ransomware attacks and it is one of the key elements in our Disaster recovery and business continuity plan
Easy-to-follow user interface and fast customer support
What do you like best about the product?
After it is set up, you can almost forget about it because it is a reliable product that has always offered quick restorations, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SSO certificate yearly update process is a little complicated, but their customer support assists me with this when it comes time, which is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically use Druva to backup and restore Microsoft 365 items, specifically Exchange and OneDrive

Very simple to use and requires very little operational overhead to manage.

Requires decent internet connectivity to support the growing data protection.

Be able to protect data much faster and more dependable to provide continuos data protection capabilities.
Best Cloud Backup Solution For Employee & Servers Backup Managment

The best solution for employee backup management during work from home.

License upgrade or Increase option should be available on the Administrator Panel.

Backup of remote users and backup of critical users during work from home.
Great product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and the dashboards and the reporting are excellent. We have seen continuous improvements to the interfaces and the product overall, ensuring the products are getting better and better. We have been using the restore feature to a great extent, not just for user requests but more often for even when replacing endpoints for users, and the restorations are pretty fast.. We have been achieving 99.9% backup resilience which gives us a great savings on bandwidth. The reporting and alerting feature is excellent too. Managing backups has become a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we don't have anything to dislike, if there were slightly better bandwidth control for restoration and if the error messages could be a little easy to understand

Deliver scalable, secure and resilent backup solutions for a hybrid and distributed environment with ease of use.
My experience with Druva has been excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud service "just works" and takes the burden of managing onsite data storage off my hands. Additionally, it backups up all aspects of our Office365 data (Onedrive, Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint).
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can get out of hand if you misconfigure your policies to keep copies of backups you may not need. Understanding how storage consumption can be monitored and how that can translate to your costs is essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to concern myself with legacy solutions such as tape backup robots, backup servers on-premise, or offsite storage management and retrieval times.
Adaptability, Reliability and Affordability
What do you like best about the product?
With Druva we were able to completely migrate our entire organization away from media-based backups to their cloud. It was quickly deployed and very easily managed through their portal. Restorations are quick and reliable when needed, we have all the confidence that Druva is keeping our business continuity in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
With our legacy systems it was a little more involved to get it deployed, however Druva support was there with us the entire way to make it happen. They took a challenging situation and adapted their client to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to maintain on-premises media-based backup solutions, which means purchasing new media, managing media libraries, etc. Restorations that would have typically taken us 40-60 person-hours are now down to single digits.
Backup Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface of Druva Backup makes managing backups incredibly easy, even for someone without technical expertise. User Self-service restores are easy to figure out and cuts down on end-user support requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more customized reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform gives us the ability to check off the Disaster Recovery needs from an Office 365 environment as well as user data profiles. It functions as a self-service center for personal restores helping to cut down on unnecessary service desk tickets.
