Druva makes it easy to back up SharePoint and Exchange mailboxes
What do you like best about the product?
With an easy to use interface, Druva provides a centralized hub where we can manage our Exchange mailboxes and SharePoint sites - selecting which ones we want to backup. Restoring data is easy to do as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to use Druva is somewhat cluttered with other features that we don't use. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, because at some point we might want to use those features, and remaining aware of their existence is helpful to an extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva gives us the confidence that our data is safely stored, and that we can restore to points in time in the past if we need to. We had an accidental deletion of all content in a SharePoint site at one point, and using Druva, we were able to recover in a snap.
Druva is a comprehensive backup solution for multi-cloud and SaaS environments
What do you like best about the product?
As we moved to SaaS and cloud services, we needed a product that had the ability to provide a "single pane of glass" view into the backups of each environment. We did not want to have a separate product or console. Druva addressed this issue by being able to integrate and backup products like Salesforce and M365 and be managed through a single interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your password you are out of luck. Support cannot reset it. This is not an issue if you work in a larger environment where another admin can reset it. However, if you work as a single admin, you are basically out of luck and have lost your environment if you forget your login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a single place to monitor and manage our cloud and SaaS backups. We have just started migrating some workloads to the cloud, but this will be a growing need within our environment.
Druva required for all company that are using inhouse infrastructure.
What do you like best about the product?
This required for data integrity for compulsory.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is taking so much time to complete backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product team need to work data backup uploading faster.
Excellent product, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is just there, it does its job without you having to think about it. Once configured, you just sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that Druva is protecting your corporate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be somewhat confusing so when you're looking for settings which you perhaps don't view as often, it can take a while before you find what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva gives admins immediate access to restore data for users. We utilise this as extra protection for Microsoft 365 products which is separate and cannot be accessed by users directly. There's no need to guide an end user through looking through all the possible places they may have moved/deleted something to, you can just click the file, folder or mailbox and restore in-place.
Online backup with de-duplication
What do you like best about the product?
online data backup with network de-duplication
What do you dislike about the product?
data de-duplication is not available on online/cloud-based solution

it helps store data backup over the cloud rather than on-premises but it little bit costly as compared to on-premises also data de-duplication feature not available on cloud

Managing our hybrid workloads on cloud platforms with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is satisfactory
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively simple and straightforward to set up our integration with Insync Apps, cloud-native & hybrid workloads thanks to services offered by Druva. It provides remote access through its console for taking backups, restoration through snapshots and troubleshooting customer strenuosities. Since all its reporting is web-based, the accessibility from various platforms & devices is convenient and we can draw reports either in excel or pdf formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few limitations in which we were able to perform backups on our AWS platform but were unable to restore it at a faster pace. We need to ensure that we properly close the program after doing our restoration activity otherwise there may be a backup failure. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is easy to comprehend thanks to its intuitive UI dashboard and to handle our data-driven backup requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it's a web-oriented platform, it benefits by administering our cloud workloads and provides excellent visibility of our backup status. It effectively eliminates our previous approach which was stressful manual data backup, now with Druva services we don't worry about scheduling and overviewing our backup & restore implementations. The elasticity & scalability features offered by Druva help us in having centralized data protection & hybrid workload management platform. It also doesn't require any additional hardware or software agent installation which makes it cost-efficient and less complex.
