Secure DRP for Remote Workers
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Druva easy to deploy and manage. We secure our off-site worker's data and have never had to worry about reliability or disconnected clients. (Both issues we've experienced with other solutions)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing to be dissatisfied with. The product is solid, support and engagement have all been stellar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many off-site workers with critical data. Druva maintains our data resiliency with appropriate security assurance.
I'll keep Druva. It works great for me.
What do you like best about the product?
I am increasingly concerned about AI and other software that can invade or find access to peoples' privacy. It can be very costly in so many ways to be deceived like that. It is a very fearful world we live in now when you need to fear criminals invading your living room and/or your organization.
Druva is easy to implement and manage. Druva's customer support is second to none.

Druva has a number of new features that can be costly.

Druva is securely backing up the organizations data.
A Comprehensive Approach to Data Restoration
What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience using druva data backup has been excellent. Sleek design and the User friendly interface makes it a very intuitive platform to manage data security. Providing almost all the SaaS backup solution Druva is definitely leading in cloud data security. The implementation was easy on O365, Entra and SaaS
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no support for Exchange on o premise backup solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all SaaS backup under a single umbrella.
Great Product - Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup. Very reliable and good reporting. Support is top notch and responds quickly to help requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud app reminds me of how slow my internet connection is occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable backups. Users are able to restore there own Exchange Email and OneDrive content as needed without engaging internal support.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of druva is the single pane of glass. Any solution you need for backing up is right there.

Some of the ui in the cloud app needs some optimization, but thats it

It took 3 of our solutions and combined them into 1 easily usable application

What do you like best about the product?
Data retention and Data loss prevention are super helpful, their support has been fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific as I haven't run into any significant issues since deploying the product

Druva solves our ability to quickly recover data on our Endpoint devices

I like Druva's ability to back-up all my environments including O365, Virtual Servers and user end points

Don't have anything I can think of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All back-up data is in a single pane of glass and their back-up environment is separate from O365's which provides me an extra measure of redundancy for date recovery and back-up
Druva Provides Simple, Reliable Client and Cloud Backups and Security for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Druva's powerful tools provide client and cloud account backups for all of our endpoints and users all within an easy-to-use administrative interface. Time based backups allow us to tier for criticality, recover with granularity, and the security features ensure that anomalies in backup data are automatically quarantined with alerts to my admins. Using and managing the features of the platform are easy, and I can count on my Account reps and Druva Support to provide timely and quality assistance for any issue that I have had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup storage requires a significant amount of space for companies with excessive media and content creation functions. We've added additional storage licensing to our instance, and I would love to see more options for storage expansion licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva provides cloud-based user-accessible backup and recovery for my client devices with correlation to my users' SaaS cloud accounts for Email and cloud-shared storage. Security elements (data immutability, eDiscovery, threat/anomaly scanning and alerting) layered on top of those backups allow me ensure that we are protecting our users and IT investments in a system that has very low administrative overhead for my teams.
Easy to Install, Implement, and Administer
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great all-in-one stop shop for our Backup needs from our GSuite back up and our on-premises Hyper-V VMs. The GUI is easy to read and understand with great insight in how much storage we are using for our backups. And is a good place to go to fully understand how much data we are working on protecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main improvement that I can see would be the implementation of a radio button that can present daily, weekly, or monthly backups. Making customer's experience a little easier. But overall I did not have any issues with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing a great solution to our backup needs and following the backup standards that we have established as an organization.

I like the ransomware recovery solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no improvements that i can think of at the moment.
