Great, super-fast tool to build API End points
What do you like best about the product?
Rockset has made us to build APIs very efficiently with SQL and deploy it in no time. The way it handles the loads and queries has been amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The Rockset Editor UI is buggy and at times we lose whatever we have built so far if we haven't saved it. So some improvements towards it will benefit in long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rockset has been serving great as a middle-layer in bridging the gap between our Applications and Database.

Rockset is helpful for allowing me to query DynamoDB in an SQL-like manner
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I enjoy the most about Rockset is their Live Chat support! It's been useful i the past when I just can't figure out what my issue is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have difficulty finding details in the docs with some of my more specific issues in Rockset, namely AT TIME ZONE chaining and the UNNEST operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rockset allows my business to build analytics on our NoSQL database for reporting purposes.
Rockset is great for things like aggregating and analyzing realtime stats for Esports games
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and learn, and very powerful
What do you dislike about the product?
More people could be using it! More users mean more crowd support (e.g. Stackoverflow answers)

It integrates with databases very fast and makes CDC capture and data merge very easy.

It lacks features like joins during CDC data extraction for MongoDB.

It makes the CDC capture and merge very easy. The data is stored efficiently and the query engine is fast.

There are quite a few -
- Sub second queries even for nested schemaless json
- No need for data modelling and strict schemas
- Data can be easily mutable
- Data accesible over apis with query lambdas
- Very abstracted so that I dont need to think about optimizations

- Its a go to tool for us to deliver realtime analytics in the form of dashboards

Using Rockset paired with NoSQL / DynamoDB
What do you like best about the product?
We use Rockset for analytics related operations. Since, our analytics team is more comfortable with SQL operations and our db is NoSQL, we use Rockset to bridge the gap. Rockset is easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very rare but sometimes, data in dynamo does not get synced to Rockset and sometimes, the sync is slow.

As mentioned before, we sync data from our NoSQL database to Rockset and this enables our data analytics team to process SQL based operations
