What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration, great support, easy to use and built in basic ui monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really redis. They have different features. For example: No support for redis cluster which is a big problem and their alternative is not supported by redis clients in Nodejs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Same as any other redis cloud provider.

Dear Redis customer - Thank you for trying out Redis Cloud! Redis Enterprise supports two clustering modes; one where the client needs to be aware of the clustering topology just like Redis OSS called “OSS clustering API” and one called “Enterprise clustering” which does not need the client to be aware of the clustering. Nodejs should support both clustering modes. We encourage you to give it another try and configure your database with the clustering mode that best suits you needs. Best, Redis

Thank you for trying out Redis Cloud. We’d like to bring to your attention that Redis Enterprise supports two clustering modes; one where the client needs to be aware of the clustering topology just like Redis OSS that we call “OSS clustering API” and one that we call “Enterprise clustering” which does not need the client to be aware of the clustering for ease of use. Nodejs should support both clustering modes. We encourage you to give it another try and configure your database with the clustering mode that best suits you needs.

Thank you for trying out Redis Cloud. We’d like to bring to your attention that Redis Enterprise supports two clustering modes; one where the client needs to be aware of the clustering topology just like Redis OSS that we call “OSS clustering API” and one that we call “Enterprise clustering” which hides the cluster topology for simplicity. Rest assured that under the hood of Redis Enterprise runs the Redis OSS engine that you love. Nodejs should support both clustering modes. We encourage you to give it another try and configure your database with the clustering mode that best suits you needs. Feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions.
