Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to learn and to use, a perfect self-serve data visualization and analysis tool for anyone willing to track the trends of their product(s) and pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has certain limitations and can't be used for split testing results tracking, nor for absolute numbers, but it's still very good for observing the trends and compare different funnuels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap software helps me observe the trends and compare different funnels within the product, it also allow building quick reports to answer specific business questions.

Better Performance Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily pull performance metrics for marketing campaigns and use these to see how they impact customers throughout their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, I don't think the downsides are heap related, but more related to our ability to get the right data into heap to get a complete view of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before heap, I had very little insignts into the outcomes of marketing campaigns. Now, I am able to user what actions were taken by users post-campaign that driver value for our business.
Heap is a great tool to track your users actions on the webpage
What do you like best about the product?
the integration with snowflake, it is very helpful to send all events with a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities of the filters and the dashboards are not very clear, also some of the events are not classified correctly (sessions vs users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap helps me create funnels of our users actions in both the user interface as well as in my database (snowflake) which is very helpful when trying to spot issues and create alternatives to increase conversions and sales.
Great data driven

Easy to use, lots of way to get data, easy to connect with other platforms

sometimes its little bit tedious to make some charts base on the data you need

Getting conversions for all platforms that we don't have integrations with our Website
Very useful tool, but not very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how granular we can get historical and accurate data to make more informed decisions. It's definitely better than GA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not very intuitive, and the UX could be a bit enhanced. Also, it would be interesting if Heap could generate dynamic CSV files, so we can connect with other data visualization tools.

Better understand the website conversion rate and traffic, and how we can improve our digital ads tactics.

I love the ability to see product usage and more in-depth details about your users. This has provided key insight into our users habits and journey throughout the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too much data can be overwhelming – and hard to figure out what to do with it. I think guides to different areas would be helpful to understand the power in the tool.

We started using heap to understand more about our users and their habits. Not only did we want to understand their usage and what areas they found most useful, but also understand where they were located.
Powerful but messy

Ability to track user activity and pipe it into Snowflake through a quick press of a button

The events that we've set up are really hard to keep organized, because there are multiple users in our company who use Heap

How many times does a user press a button that we offer them and how are they interaction with our mobile app

What do you like best about the product?
Heap has worked very well for me; I consider it more valuable today than tools like Adobe Analytics. I like the intuitive user interface and dashboard; they make the work of monitoring, analyzing and study of the information we obtain through its functionalities more comfortable and practical. Heap helps us understand how users interact with our platforms, which has helped us define and solve user experience issues. The information we get is easily translated into reports and helpful in improving decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing he finds a bit disadvantageous compared to other competing tools is the lack of integrations with other industry solutions and customer service response time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it to track our platform and analyze data and interactions occurring on various pages to get a broader picture of what is going well, what can be improved and issues that need to be resolved in a hurry to ensure a satisfactory user experience much as possible. It has many functions and features that make our work more accessible and efficient, such as sound data collection, data segmentation, real-time tracking of our platforms, A/B testing tracking, and report generation, among others. It is a robust and effective analytics tool.
