What do you like best about the product?
Auryc helps our teams create a better customer experience, identify issues and opportunities in our e-comm funnel, prevent fraud, track the voice of our customers, and ultimately drive incremental revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Auryc product and team are top tier, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving several issues with Auryc: Improving site conversion, preventing fraud, validating multi-variant testing, assisting customers through their feedback widget, and so much more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested in leveraging a tool that will improve the UI on your site, track the voice of the customer, visually see how consumers interact with your site and how you can enhance their experience, Auryc is the tool for you!

Great enterprise analytics resource with supportive customer support

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the platform does a great job at capturing user sessions in video and allowing you to isolate specific behaviors. The customer service has been also spot on. Very attentive team at the enterprise level and when there are questions about research validation, they shared quality documentation to help support our UX efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve to using the platform, getting started and sharing meaningful insights with the team and there are so many pathways to slice-and-dice. It would be helpful if there were some standard parameters to make high level analysis a little easier.

Also, I'm often pulled in a lot of directions in my current role. It would be great if there was some automation if the platform predicted some insights that I (or the business) might find interesting to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is trying to solve optimization challenges upstream in our ecommerce product. The platform is really good at pinpointing the specific interactions through heat mapping.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a powerful platform that can integrate with other analytic resources to centralize insights. It may be helpful to get 1:1 support as the team is getting started to build up experience in building data sets.

Great for building quick reports in order to answer questions promptly

What do you like best about the product?
With Heap, I'm able to quickly run reports and provide metrics on the fly. My colleagues appreciate not having to wait a long time for answers. They credit me with that, but I tell them it's because Heap is so easy to use. It's also been easy to define events myself using the Live Visualizer. Creating funnels is one of my favorite ways to analyze and it's been helpful for my customers too, as it allows them to easily see points of confusion or frustration with checkout, customer registration, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the lack of options or flexibility for the graphs and formatting. For example, for ratios and percentages, I'd like to be able to choose how many places past the decimal to show. For graphs, I'd like to be able to change the title, colors for lines/bars, etc. It all boils down to making it more visually appealing for my customers and easier for them to understand. I routinely bring the data into Tableau or Excel so I have more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm helping to solve is lack of understanding of different user profiles on our ecommerce sites. Heap has helped us uncover lots of insights to further our knowledge, which of course leads to more questions. We've been able to easily find points of friction or significant drop off in some tutorials and the checkout process. As a result, we implemented changes and noticed improvements.

Check out the Heap 101 and 102 courses to learn more. Also, talk to other companies/analysts who have used Heap and other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and how easy it is to create things. The step by step nature is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are some limitations, like not being able to segment on certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to see how our Beta users use the app, engagement, etc. It's been great to check out individual user sessions and dive in there. We use Heap to see a really broad landscape as well as super specific.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to track new events anytime without getting developers involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little confusing when looking for more basic reports, but funnels are clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful for tracking differences between mobile and desktop usage patterns.

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is a great tool that has helped us identify errors, rage clicks and issues in our workflow. It is greatly helping us view our user behavior. Auryc team is amazing to work with and so friendly and helpful. They are very responsive and with you the whole to ensure your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything I dislike about Auryc yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observing pilot dealer behavior
Observing user workflows to identify why users are dropping off/abandoning a workflow
Getting a video to watch with feedback helps us understand why a customer might be frustrated.

Autocapture, event visualizer, speed at which data appears in the UI

Not enough attribution options, not enough visualization options for charts/dashboards

How users interact with certain pages/features, conversion rates of users between events with long lead time, changes in behavior over time

What do you like best about the product?
Heap requires very little engineering effort to implement and get started, is easily customizable, and is very receptive of new feature ideas from their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autocapture does not always work as promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining deeper insights from mobile application users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much more effective than tools like Mixpanel that require tons of engineering effort to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I can look at past historical data that I didn't explicitly plant to track. It tracks every click, scroll, and so on, and I can target these events after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little complicated at times. It would be beneficial to be able to see tables of events and properties instead of just in popups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly what paths the users take. I'm able to create funnels and see where people drop off and the conversion rate between two events.

Super quick setup - vital especially for companies just getting started to get critical user information
